Lehigh valley installation did an incredible job of insulating our house that was 10 years old. The original insulation in the attic had drop significantly since the house was built, and Lehigh Valley installation added over a foot of material. The final result is that our electric bill (heat pump system) in the winter months has dropped significantly (several hundred $$ per month).

They were terrific! They were wonderful to deal with! The guys were here for around 5 hours working and they were polite, clean-wore booties in the house- and did a great job. The owner was so nice to deal with and the price was what they had estimated. We are very happy -and warmer- with the job!!

Owner very prompt returning calls and setting up appointment to gather information to do quote. Very courteous and descriptive in terms of what to expect on the day the work begins. Other insulating contractors were booked out weeks to be able to quote. LV Insulation replied the same day with a call and was out that same week to quote. On the day of installation, crew chief was supposed to call to give advanced notice of arrival - did not call and arrived 1 hour earlier than expected. Crew chief looked over job and worked with homeowner to map out path into second floor work area. All areas were drop clothed and workers limited their access to just the work areas. Work was completed in approximately 3 hours and affected areas cleaned. Workers were courteous to permit homeowner to watch work being completed and owner stopped by during the work to complete PPL rebate application and provide "PAID" invoice. Workers were very quiet and focussed on getting the job done. Not much conversation between them or the homeowner. Crew chief was courteous and explained all work being done. Said some very positive things about his employer which was good to hear. Instilled confidence with homeowner.

It went perfectly. I arranged everything with Jerry by phone and email. He gave me a very good price for the project and they scheduled it within a week and was done in about three hours. They installed an R60 in the house attic using fiberglass batts which is hard work since they had to transport every single batt to the attic by hand. So, I appreciate their work. They then blew in insulation in the garage attic up to an R60. I am very very happy with the results. It is getting cold out there now (end of September) and we can feel the difference of having good insulation in the attics.

They did a great job, very professional from the first contact. Came in and evaluated the original builder's poor insulation job. Now I have insulation where I need it and the amount I need! They cleaned up after themselves. My wife never knew they were here.

Everything went well. they were on time everyday. It took about three days. The workers were very respectful and cleaned all there mess. They even moved stuff in the attic because it was moved to the wrong side but they moved it to where it needed to be without a problem.

Bob Fleming, owner, came on time, as scheduled, was professional but not a stick in the mud, and gave us a honest price. I wanted to do this, and didn't want to "shop around" as long as it was reasonable which I believe it was. Two of his employees used to work for company I had dealt with before, so it made it easier knowing they would probably be on the job(they were) and the workmanship would be similar to a previous good experience. We had 3 outside walls done 90" in height and the apartment is 23'x 26' so someone else can do the math.

The estimate was fair. The men who added insulation to our attic were punctual, pleasant, worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves. It was a job well done!

I usually use Angies List to line up 2-3 estimates on work, especially when I am looking for new contractors. Bob Fleming returned within a day my call to his office to inquire about Lehigh Valley Insulation services and to get a quote. He was able to meet me at the property within a couple of days to make recommendations and work up an estimate. He arrived on-time, conducted himself professionally, and promptly started inspecting and evaluating the work to be done. Bob asked questions to help make suggestions and recommendations. He talked me out of certain work and made good recommendations as to how better spend the money or prioritize the large job over time if necessary. He expressed deep knowledge of insulation materials, pros and cons of current techniques for different situations, and their experience in updating the insulation in older homes. He walked through the home and detailed in each area what he recommended and why. Bob gladly handled questions no matter how basic. He left with a promise to have a quote his office would email to me within a few days. His office provided a typed quote over email in pdf format, as I had requested. The quote provided several options within different budget ranges in case I did not want to have all the work done, or done at one time, as it was a large job. He reviewed the quote over the phone and answered questions. He confirmed the amount of time needed for the job and was able to add more crew to meet my tight timeline. Over several days of consideration, his office always promptly returned my calls. Once I compared with other companies the quotes, service levels, and ability to handle in short time a large job, I selected Lehigh Valley Insulation. The work crew arrived as scheduled, worked with focus, and with a professional demeanor. There was no foul language overheard or bickering amongst the crew. The crew provided updates on the work and asked questions as needed as the work progressed. They completed the work in five days, as committed, so I could meet my timelines for the next scheduled work with electrical, plumbing, and paint contractors (also Angie List, by the way). The cleaned up their work areas and left no mess. The finished work, such as the patching of the blow-in holes for the wall insulation, was of good quality and ready for paint. I would use Lehigh Valley Insulation again and recommend meeting with Bob to get his suggestions and a quote for their quality work.

Had a bit of a problem scheduling the estimate, as there were hiccups in the email process back and forth between me and the firm. The actual work went very smoothly, and the firm prepared their portion of the PPL rebate form, simplifying that process a fair bit.

From my initial phone call, everything from the estimate all the way through to the receipt for payment arriving in the mail this week went about as well as anyone could ask for. Nothing but a positive, professional experience! I sincerely wish that all of my future service experiences were like this one. A lot could be learned from Bob and his staff about how to conduct a business based on a handshake and a commitment to doing what is promised and in a manner that lives up to the "Golden Rule".
