Gentleman came out to give me an estimate and I never heard from him again.

Jim was great.  Fast service, reasonably priced.  He offered me hidden fasteners which he said would last longer than just nailing the gutter back in.

We contacted Jim for an estimate in April. He responded promptly and took time to listen to our concerns. He offered valuable suggestions without being overbearing. We received his estimate within a few days and it was very competitive. Work started in July (we understood that this would be the case) and proceeded on schedule. Jim and his crew showed up on time and worked full days. He is very conscientious and contacted us whenever there was a change in plans. With the exception of a few small details, the work was completed in about 12 weeks. It was a long process, but Jim made it as unintrusive as possible. We are very pleased with the finished product and would recommend him to anyone.

We were referred to Jim by a friend who had work done by him on a few occasions. We were told he responded to calls promptly, and was professional while doing quality work. What we were told is exactly what we found to be true. Jim came to give us an estimate the day after we contacted him. While moving into our new home we discovered severe mold and deterioration to a wall underneath a window. We were ready to remove wallpaper and repaint a room and surprise. This was all underneath the wallpaper we took out of the room. It had to be addressed and properly before we could proceed as my husband and I have severe allergy issues. Jim was there the next day with an estimate and within a weeks time had the job started. He finished in two days with high quality work and professionalism. Like his motto says, he treats customers' homes like his own. He did just that. He cleaned up after himself, was conscious about bringing dirt into our home even though our new carpeting hadn't been installed yet. We were able to proceed with painting with only two days delay. I would recommend Jim to friends and family looking for great work in a timely fashion.

From the first phone call to Jim, he and his staff were very professional, courteous, and trustworthy. They did every thing stated in the contract and brought to our attention where wood needed to be replaced. They corrected the issue so that it would not happen again in the future. Every day, they always cleaned up all debris made. If we wanted to add an extra to the project, they were most gracious to do so. All the work was done in a timely manner and we could not be more thrilled with the beautiful job they did. JOB WELL DONE!!!! Dave and Pat of Easton
