 + 0 moreFantastic. No complaints. He is very busy so it might take a day or two for him to call you back. He is worth the wait. He is from Viet Nam. Sometimes I could not understand what he said, unless I asked him to repeat it, but he understands all we/I say. His answer phone at times was full, but I figured that must mean he is very much in demand because he is good. His flooring partner is also very good.
Description of Work: Refinished oak floors throughout.

 + -1 moreI called the company for an estimate to refinish my hardwood floors. I was called back the same day and an appointment was scheduled to come to the house for an estimate. Jay didn't show up and never called to explain or reschedule.

Description of Work: We had Ideal floors refinish and repair our hardwood floors. They did and excellent job and were neat, on time and worked within our time frame which included week-end work to finish so we could move in. We would highly recommend Ideal Floors. Mr&Mrs J. Kennedy

 + -1 moreGreat. Jay found the flooring that would match our existing hardwood floors in rooms adjoining the kitchen (the home is about 60 years old). He also matched the stain perfectly to color-match with other floors. He is fast and does good quality work. He was very flexible in working with our messy schedule as we had our entire kitchen to remodel. He came back several times for us over the course of 2 months to fit the job in between other work going on. I plan on also having him back to do some refinishing and repairs for other floors and stairways in the house.
Description of Work: New hardwood floor installed in kitchen; 7" wide oak plank, including 2 stairs and risers. Cost included the material, the staining, 3 coats of poly protection.
