+ -1 moreHorrible .... Excuses after excuses to his NO SHOW for two consecutive months after payment was made
Description of Work: I had given Ian a large downpayment towards our agreed contract for cooling/heating installation and units. When it was time for him to return to install equipment after being given the downpayment; NO SHOW. Two months later and still a "NO SHOW"... In the process of seeking legal consultation to resolve the issue. Beware; as he will give you a reasonable and prompt quote/proposal; but no show to complete work. DO NOT prepay as he is not responsive after payment has been made.

While nobody wants to run into all of the expenses of a "new" home like we did, Ian helped to ease the pain by always communicating, researching solutions to different issues, being always kind and courteous and takes his business very seriously. I would never use another HVAC contractor!
Description of Work: Ian is am amazing contractor. I hired him initially to install a simple mini-split in my husband's studio. His prices were so fair that I asked for a quote on central air for our "new" (140 year old farmhouse) home. After installing the central air, I asked Ian to take a look at our boiler. Unfortunately, the boiler was nearly dead. Again, I asked Ian to come to the rescue. He gave me a very fair quote and changed his schedule around so that we would not be stranded without heat and hot water. The mini-split, central air and new boiler are all working beautifully.
