 + -1 moreHe was on time and went through the inspection in a methodical manner, completing it within the timeline he stated. He then had a copy of the report the next day.
Description of Work: Evaluated a crack in a nonstructural wall in our basement. Confirmed our feelings that it was a cosmetic issue and not a danger to the support of the home. He was very through and supplied us with a full report with photos explaining reasons why this was not a danger for a potential buyer
