+ -1 moreJerry from Fritch was EXCELLENT! he exceeded our expectations with the thorough yearly tune up to our furnace and hot water tank. We recently purchased the house after it had sat empty for 2 years and heating system hadn't been maintained. he took the time to clean it all! including all filters and even the filter in our oil tank. we plan on keeping Fritch as our oil supplier and maintaining our heating and cooling system.

+ -1 moreThey weren't able to put in our foyer or our home office. They disconnected our baseboard heat. They weren't able to keep the baseboard heat. Before they put this system in we had just baseboard heat. Then they put a central heating system in that came through the air ducts in the attic. So we have that in our home foyer and office, but we weren't able to get our baseboard heat back. We use that as a backup.
