I have been a long time customer of freedom sanitation and let me tell you, they are the best! Francine is the best, the service is the best!!! As long as they service my area, I will never change. They are specific about their business and customers, not to mention accommodating. They will work with you to meet any need almost instantly! What can I say, my trash is never a mess and my trash cans are never mistreated and the lids are always put back on. Over the years I have become by phone acquainted with Francine and I LOVE HER!!!!, can't say that about any of my other bill collectors or service providers. Sometimes life get's messy and when you're up to your neck in garbage, just keep swimming... :)

Performs as per schedule, early AM each Tuesday. Leaves empty containers on driveway. Places lids on top of containers to resist wind loss.

I have had this company for my trash collection for some time now and I have and will continue to sing his praises, I have had just about every company out there for my pick ups over the last 14 years and they have all been a hassle at one point or another. I have had them pick and choose what trash they will take, count my bags, forget me, forget to bill me then send me a huge bill, increase my bill because of the price of fuel etc. It is endless the problems I have had in the past but I finally came across this company, I was happy to find a new company because I was at my wits end with the other companies. Well, this man is so efficient I continue to find any place I can to pat him on the back. I am a harsh judge when it comes to service, I expect a certain amount of 'service' for my money and I expect it to be pleasant not a hassle, not attitude not stress. This man has far surpassed all my expectations. He is prompt, he is reliable (even on holidays he picks up!) , he is human so if it is christmas time and you have extra stuff out he picks it up, he doesn't leave half of it all over your sidewalk. My biggest compliment is that he always answers the phone when you call. Other people it is like pulling teeth to get them on the phone, I don't understand how they make money. Don't be loyal to people who are not loyal to you, don't accept sub par service anymore.If you are tired of all the nonsense and want a reliable, considerate,friendly trash collection company this is it ! I have had neighbors come knock on my door and ask me who picks up my trash because mine is never left out, or forgotten. Trust me, this guy is by far the best. I hate paying bills but this is one bill I gladly pay every three months.
