Freedom Lawn Care & Landscaping

It went well. The serviceman sprayed everything in my yard including the edge of the wooded area next to my yard. He sprayed all around my house and even the small trees near my house.

It was wonderful. They are great. Their pricing is reasonable. They are excellent. I don't have any problems at all. I have to have my business open and they would be there 5:00 in the morning so that everything was cleaned in time to start my day.

We had a severe snowstorm that left me with about 20 inches of snow in my driveway. The company I contracted with for snow removal never showed up and left me in a situation where I could not get out of my driveway to get to the hospital to see my patients. A gentlemen from Freedom happened to be plowing my neighbors. I flagged him down, explained my situation, and asked if he'd be willing to help me out. He came over and told me that it was too much to do with a pick up truck so he'd have to get a front end loader and come back. As promised, he came back with the heavy equipment and bailed me out. Not only that, but he came back the next night after it had snowed again and cleaned me up without me. I would highly recommend Freedom. He's the type of person I like to do business with.

In general, service is excellent . Some weeks I wish they had greater attention to weeding, trimming around beds, not using riding mowers on wet grass, but overall they are prompt, complete and very nice. Sometimes I need to point out little things like weeds around shrubs but I'm a bit of a nit picker. My only real criticism is that the guys should anticipate criticism....they know how to do it right...don't aggravate me by making me point it out!

John and his crew are fabulous. John designed a parking space that was built up around our driveway and he removed the timbers used as a landscaping wall. Our pool area was always damp and covered in slime. John was able to do everything we wanted and more while staying within our budget. We even changed our mind a few times along the way and he was always easing going and willing to work with us on all changes. He extended our pool deck, built and new stone wall which provided extra seating and put in a walkway from the backyard to the garage. The parking spot is edged in stone and looks like it has always been a part of the original. He made everything flow together and look wonderful. We will definitely use him again when we decide to do our front yard and driveway.

They take care of everything. When I had a tree fall, they just took care of it without me having to say anything. I am really busy and I don't have time to deal with that sort of stuff, so I like that. I think the price is fair; they are within $5 of the guy I used before them.
