Excellent. They did an excellent and extremely thorough. When they gave the estimate, it was laid out completely and exactly what he was going to do. The prices were very reasonable. He was also a very nice person to deal with. If I need any work in the future, I will definitely call him.

They were excellent. They were very honest and mindful of the cost and always kept me up to date and explained everything thoroughly. They did a great job with both projects and I highly recommend them.

Went great. The work was done well and on time. didnt go out of budget. Clean up was good too. Very diligent about making sure there werent any nails after the tear down. Very happy with the work they did.

It was very good, he showed up when he's supposed to, he did the work, the roof last longer than it supposed to and he has a fair pricing too.

Job was done and a year later we have a major leak, David the owner will not pick up his phone when we call or return our phones and we are under a 5 year warranty.

We spoke multiple time following your calls, and returned initial call within 72 hours. I apologize if our communications did not satisfy your specific needs. This conversation record is available upon request. It should be noted that your neighbors roof in a row home actually failed not the roof we installed, and we made attempts to notify you of this. Your family’s immediate departure onto vacation after first emailing us did not help the initial communication, but really we ended the communication when your husband [Member Name Removed] communicated by vandalizing our property, before chasing& threatening our secretary as she arrived. She was understandable terrified to have a large man she didn’t even know run up on her to be in her face. We indicated at that point, we unfortunately would not be able to help. If the roof that we installed had actually failed we would still send another GAF Certified roofer while under warranty. Please share with us any other roofer’s opinions or proposals which are 3rd party. We really wish you would have retracted this negative review that week later when another roofer once again explained that your Element Roofing installed roof was not suffering the massive failure which you previous had claimed on every possible review platform available to you. Our installers take pride in their work which is otherwise virtually unheard of in this industry. Negative things happen in life, but an attack on our lively hood will not turn them positive. You and your family members left us a bunch of perfect reviews prior, so it’s not rational to now say every part of our services were terrible, but we still would prefer to resolve any single negative review if possible. We are the only Valley Roofer which contractually obligates themselves to cover all call backs within 72 hours for 60 months following install. While we don’t get a lot of call backs, we always deal with the ones we get. We literally provide as many past customer references as one is willing to call.
