I used Doctor Feelgoodes. They were here in August of 2015. The service was faulty. They didn't finish it. Absolutely horrible. They lied. They don't hold up to their contract repeatedly. They rarely returned our calls. Every time you turned around they had there hand out to try to get another $5000. They didn't insulate the pipes so the heating unit doesn't heat as good as it should. Above all that there's a leak.
Description of Work: They did pool installation.

Installation went well -- it's what we've discovered and the service we have / have not received over the past four swimming seasons that have not gone well. Over the past four seasons we have needed to replace our filter FOUR times due to rupturing and leaking. The first time, we assumed it was just a fluke occurance and we paid for a new filter. The second time we thought maybe it was a harsh winter that cracked the filter and we paid for a new filter. The third time we became suspicious of the quality of equipment and the workmanship and we refused to pay for a new filter although we paid thier "service charge" to replace the filter. Last week when the filter began leaking again and we called requesting service, our calls for help were completely ignored. We hired several independent pool contractors to evaluate our situation. Every single one of them told us that they love Dr. Feelgoode's because all of their customers are former Dr. Feelgoode's customers (victims). First of all, Dr. Feelgoode's uses bottom of the barrel equipment -- and they know it. They down fit all of the filter's plumbing sending a two-inch fitting into a 1.5 inch pipe which increases the pressure and the speed of the water pressure flowing through the pipes. And in our case, they used a motor too big for the filter (it says right on the filter what size motor should be used) which also increases the pressure and the speed of the water flowing through the pipes. Is this incompetence or negligence? Either way, it has required us to spend unnecessarily for four summers to replace our equipment... and will result in the need to replace the filter and the motor (which is also bottom of the barrel equipment) to the tune of approximately $1500. And to top it off they refuse to even call us back and take responsibility for thier work??
Description of Work: In-ground pool was dug and installed, and all filtering equipment and plumbing was installed.
