Description of Work: Diana was recommended to us by a car saleswoman. We were looking for a rental home so we could relocate from New York State to the Bethlehem/Allentown area. After a number of trips to the area, we were having difficulty finding a suitable home. After we contacted Diana, she began emailing us a list of properties each week that matched our specifications. Her lists had a web page that showed pictures and lots of detail about each home, and our selections could be saved and routed back to her. When we were ready to travel once again to the area, Diana set up a well-organized itinerary and took us to see a number of properties. She also drove us around the downtown area and provided a lot of information about the area's history, employment opportunities, things to see and do, etc. We were able to find our future home that day.

Description of Work: Diana was instrumental in the smooth sale of my home and subsequent purchase of another home. She listed my home, held an open house, followed interested leads. She also helped me to find an affordable home within my desired criteria and kept me apprised on all new homes as they came onto the market. She took care of all details regarding paperwork that was required and kept me informed of my responsibilities and rights as a seller and as a buyer. She kept up to date at all times as to the next step in the process and how to handle whatever needed to be done to keep things running smoothly.
