Everything went great. They came out promptly to look at the job site and give me a quote. From there they pulled the permit and scheduled a date for the install. The installers were there right on time and got the job done very quickly and professional. I would definitely call them again when I need a plumber.

After the initial consultation, Mr. Shoemaker made a repeat visit to my home (free of charge) because hefelt there would be an easier and better way to install the fixtures in the bathroom. I am thrilled with my waterfall shower that would not have fit if he hadn't come up with the alternate design. The only delay in the work was getting in an unusual shower head that I had my heart set on and he called the company that sells it and made sure that it was shipped promptly. I have had no issues whatsoever with the tub, shower, sinks and toilet he and his crew installed. I just wish they also did carpentry work because my dining room is my next project!

I called last minute with sewage spewing all over my basement. Larry Shoemaker squeezed me into his schedule and was there very quickly. Turned out the clog was almost to the street, compounded by tree roots. It was not an easy (or clean) job, but he never stopped smiling. He turned a completely ruined morning into a good day! He cleaned up after himself and was very professional. I plan to renovate my bathroom very soon and he will DEFINITELY be receiving a call from me!
