Really nothing at all

I was referred to Zach by a friend and co-worker. They said he's an expert in his craft and they were not wrong. I had another professional look at the same space and said he could not install a new outlet above the fireplace and behind the TV to hide the wires. Zach was able to get it done. Lines are perfect. Tilt is perfect. New 70" LG fits perfectly above my gas fireplace and between two windows. Couldn't be happier with Zach's work. Well worth the added cost.
