They are fabulous. They do exactly what they supposed to do. Right on budget and they followed up. I can't complaint about them at all. They did a great work. Highly recommended.

The company has down a great job, so we've continued to hire them. The contact us every year to clean up and fill in flower beds. They are the most creative design company in the area.

Work was performed according to scheduled contract and plans.

Everything went very well and our consultant Chet was always reachable, friendly and professional. We had planned a very simple landscaping upgrade for more privacy in our back yard. Chet gave us some great ideas to make an attractive landscape instead of just a row of privacy bushes. The results were great and we're looking forward to see everything bloom this spring.

They actually weren't that creative. They did a great job on the walk way but the plants that they used were the same like all of our neighbors. It was kind of boring so we are in the process of taking some out and replacing them. I guess I would be more involved in the choices of what they are putting in. I didn't have time at that time.

We are extremely pleased with the results. Many truckloads of fill were removed, and many truckloads of boulders and new plants were brought onto the property. Landscape architect Scott Bandics designed the project after carefully considering our ideas. He made changes as the project evolved based on our collective ideas. He made daily inspection trips to oversee the progress. All Creative Landscape employees were professional, good natured, knowledgeable, and talented. The workmanship was excellent.

They were very professional and very creative. They use various plants and species and the design work around the house. They did very good work on removing all the old shrubs which was a lot of work because there's a lot of room to pull up and everything so it's a lot of physical work. Afterwards, they did a very nice job planting, mulching the area and routing the drainage around the house and things like that. There's a couple of times where we called and they didn't get back to us right away.

How did it go? Not well. I had to call repeatedly to get Tom to show up, which he eventually did and when promised. However, they weren't able to perform all the work and needed to call in a sub. I have no idea whether this actually happened since I never heard from them again, EVEN after calling twice to inquire. Tom used to be really good, but I don't know what's going on there. It's not like we had a poor relationship from prior work either. They had done good work in the past, for which they were paid in full and immediately. I won't call them again for these services. I suggest that if you consider them that you have alternatives readily at hand since, based on my recent experience, they have demonstrated unreliability.

It went very well, on budget and on time

They did a good job and were recommended by my architect. They were sincere, creative, competent and businesslike. I will use them again in the future.

They do superb work. They did an exterior garden makeover in our yard. My only complaint is that sometimes they don't respond to the first phone call probably because they are so busy. They are really high quality landscapers though. They do a really beautiful job. His attention to detail is superb. They also have their own nursery, and they put in a number of trees and shrubs that are all still doing very well.
