Everything proceeded as planned.

Excellent service from beginning to end. I received excellent advice from Bob Hughes about the thickness of the glass to use, bevel edge vs no bevel, and tempered vs non-tempered. I measured the diameter of the table for which we needed a glass top as well as the dimensions of three wood shelves we wanted to replace with glass. The glass was ready in less than three weeks, much better than the 4-6 normally expected in the industry. The measurements were perfect and the glass was pristine--no nicks, scratches, not even a fingerprint. When the round glass for the table top would not fit in my car (piece was just under 4 feet), BGW was able to fit delivery into their truck schedule at no charge. BGW has also installed two shower enclosures in our home on separate occasions this past year--also excellent work! Separate reviews to follow (all A ratings) for that work.

They did the measurements about 2 weeks before where we had the window and door framed out. They then installed both in a few hours about 2 weeks later and it looks and functions great!

A complete headache - Bethlehem Glass Works installed a free-standing glass shower in my newly renovated master bath. During installation they severely scratched my new marble floor, cracked the marble shower surround and installed the wrong metal handle and support rails. To "fix" the damages they deducted an agreed amount from the final bill. A few months later, the shower began to leak. When I asked for it to be serviced, they refused to fix their shoddy workmanship - citing I did not pay the full bill despite our agreement to deduct an agreed amount so I could repair the damage their workers created. They do not stand behind their work.
