Description of Work: They put tile and baseboard down in an office space to create a particular atmosphere. It went pretty well.

Description of Work: It was difficult making an appointment. When I finally did meet with the salesman he did not seem very interesred in doing a good job when hediscovered it was an Angies' list client. I showed him the two rooms I was interested in having a flooring change. He decided that the kitchen floor would not need to be done and would only discuss the family room as a possibility. He knew I wanted to stay close to the offer and I believe he just wasn't that interested in trying to meet my needs. I consider this an expensive lesson learned.

Description of Work: Sur-Fix was willing to do what others would not. We had a water line leak under our hardwood kitchen floor and all others said we would have to tear up the whole floor. Sur-fix said they could do it without destroying the whole floor. And they did. We had located where the leak was and he cut a small section at the seam lines of the floor, took up a portion of the sub-floor, cut out all of the bad rusted galvanized pipe back to the pvc we had installed years before and replaced it with the latest technology in pipe and connectors.It took him many hours as he was careful and professional but the cost was the same as the estimate. Now all of our water pipe is new. Then he put the floor back and you really cannot tell where the cuts were made.A man of many talents really saved us money.

Description of Work: Meeting the provider was pleasant. The store was very tidy and well appointed. The home visitation was finally made after a mix-up. The selection was not what I was looking for.

Description of Work: Upon arrival workers reoved remaining furniture in living and dinning rooms. Next they pulled up the carpeting and pad. Putting down more tack strips and unrolling the carpet came next. The carpet had a pattern and was installed in one piece so the installers had to be very careful. The job turned just fine,we are very happy with the job.
