It went well very professional pleasant, I wll call again for more paiting.

I have been communicating since November of 2013 trying to get this scheduled. Then back in January of 2014 when I followed up he stated he was waiting for me, and I accept responsibility for that portion. But then I continued to email and never heard back. I finally called and we set up a time for this past Saturday, September 20th at 9:00 a.m. By 9:30 I was reaching out to see if they were still coming. I got text stating that he wasn't sure if he was. I finally got a hold of them over the phone and his truck had broken down and it looked as though he wouldn't make it. He told me that he didn't have my contact information because he was no longer a member of Angie's List. We made arrangements to have him come during the week because all of his weekdays were busy until November. Then Monday, Sept. 22nd I texted to confirm that we were still on for Wednesday only to be told that I would have to pay an additional $150 because my deal had expired back in April. The deal I purchased was for two painters for one day for $350. So when I asked if it would be two painters that would be coming he told me that it was only one dining room and that one could do it in a day. I told him that it was the dining room and living room and always had been. I was fine paying the additional money, I wasn't happy about it, but so be it. But then to find out that not only would I have to pay but I was also going be short a painter, that just does't seem fair. So now my living room and dining room are in disarray, I have cans of paint that I'm ready to use and no painter. This has been going on for close to a year now. I don't want to use Bap's painting at all and just would like my money back so that I can put it towards finding another painter.

I feel like they got bombarded with the requests and just didnt have time to get to me. I was told he was going to call me back but never did.

We found the deal on Angie's List and called. The owner called us back quickly and quickly set-up an appointment to review the work. Because we needed the work done in a hurry, he rearranged his employees' work schedules to get to our project. The employees were pleasant, respectful, clean in work habits and did a wonderful job.

I had purchased the paint and he painted my bedroom. He had someone with him and they finished the job in one day. I had moved a lot of the furniture ahead of time but they helped me move larger objects and helped me move them back. They were clean and the room looks great. They went through and touched up the woodwork for me while they were here.

The painters did not show up. No painters. No phone call. No email. Nothing. While I waited. I had to call the contact number provided by Angie's List, only to be told by the person who answered that he had "shut down the business". He did apologize for never notifying me. That really does not help me one bit, nor does it mitigate the tremedous inconvenience caused. As the conversation progressed, I was told that he was going to "open the business up again" right after the 1st of the yr. Then he said it might be "right after Christmas". When I asked for a firm date, he said "I don't have my calendar in front of me", then he told me that I should call him on January 2. He never even took my name. For all I know, this guy might be the World's Greatest Painter. If he ever shows up.

Was in an out in just a few hours and quality of painting was great. One of the employees didn't show up on time and owner came out himself to do the work. So the work was late but in the end got the job done.

Painter has not shown up after stating he was busy and would call in a few weeks.... I want a refund....

Request refund for big deal. Contact with provider has beensporadic. Took a few days for provider to call. During call, provider indicated that they were very busy and would call w/in 2 weeks to schedule. Two days after this, a representative of the provider stopped by the house w/o calling. My wife was not really sure why the guy was at the house. Have had no further contact with provider. Whole experience was strange.

I had them come and give me a quote but I haven't had any actual work done yet. We were to paint the walls, frames and ceiling in our hallway and up in 2 flights of stairs so I guess it's about 3 hallways and 2 flights of stairs. They didn't really measure, they only looked at it. They were very professional and timely. The only reason we haven't move forward yet is just simply because we're not sure if we needed to spend that cost right now. But other than that, in a professional standpoint, they are great.

I purchased a big deal from him but he was very overwhelmed and was not able to do the service at this time.

There were a few hicups with one of there workers, but they were resolved and everything went smooth after.

The provider failed to contact us after we purchased their services. We purchased the service on 16th July, and the provider had not contacted us at least through 27th July.

He was on time and if not he called to let me know. he hired a guy for the first day and then went on to another job. I was not happy with this guy work. I did not say anything until he came and told me he left him go. the guy was so slow and dropped paint and did not clean up. When the boss came he told me he left him go. so he finished up the job and went over this guys work from the day before. so yes I will hire him again. My neighbor already asked who I ahd and told him when he is ready i have his business card. thanks Dave P.

They were good. Their price was very reasonable.
