They were very thorough and gave us a lot of information before the job was started. Once they started it, they kept on it until it was finished. It turned out very well. They said we might need adjustments on the fencing down the road. They told us just to call and they would send somebody out to adjust the fence here and there after everything settles over time. I was going to call them up for an adjustment. It was a job well done.

Overall positive experience with the estimator, Bob, and his son Dennis (who was also the foreman on our install). Good value for the price, nice product and great workmanship. Workers on the job were very careful, although it was a tight fit to get to and from the back yard, and cleaned up before leaving. Dennis worked very well with us. Very pleased with how all worked out!

I requested estimates from several companies - most of which did not even bother to call me back. This was not the lowest price estimate (only about $150 more than the lowest estimate) but their solution for my gates was much better, plus they were easy to work with and schedule. They had to come back to finish one gate as it did not come in when the work was first scheduled. That worked out well - I had a tree come down in the yard and the roots put a big scrape on my new fence! they inspected it when they returned to finish the gate - luckily it was nothing a hose and brush didn't fix! I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

After the initial investigation process, they were the only fence company that responded. They came-out and installed the fence as planned and were done with what they could do in about two days. They didn't leave any messes. We ran into an issue with a neighbor's tree root, but an arborist confirmed that it should be fine. We asked them to wait on the driveway gate until our driveway was finished, and they worked with us on that. There was a long delay in getting the driveway gate installed due to weather and health issues, but it's done, it works perfectly and they even gave us a discount.

I wanted a competitive rate for the fence so I looked around at all the various companies in this part of the Lehigh Valley and the services offered by Lowes and Home Depot. They all were selling a product similar in nature but it all came down to price, service and workmanship warranties. Arbor by far had the best price and labor costs compared to the other companies with a great workmanship warranty. When I first called them I actually missed the appointment to meet Robert?s son for the initial measurement but they still measured the whole yard and gave me an estimate. I requested if they could come back for a second visit and Robert himself came within one day. After discussing the proposed fence in detail we got a final quote. Where other companies told me it would take 2 days to install Robert said his crew could get it done in 1 day. It took about 4 weeks for our install day to come but the work was done in one day and the crew did a very through and clean job. I would definitely recommend Arbor to anyone.

I called and they came out within a day or so to give us an estimate. The estimate ended up being higher than others we had got so we didn't choose them. However they were professional and nice to deal with.

Robert told me the date they would arrive and they did just that. The crew worked for 12 hours the first day and about an hour the second day. It's better than I imagined and couldn't be happier with the quality of their work. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them for any future fencing needs.

I had gotten several estimates for chain link fence from local fencing contractors. I was shocked and pleased by how much Arbor Fence was able to beat the other contractors in pricing. I was able to save "several hundred" dollars not just a few dollars. Mr. Takach was prompt with the appointment for the estimate and outside of the weather delays the work was completed on time and quickly. The quality of the product is great. Another plus, there was no down payment required. Payment was required in full at time of completion of the fence installation. The installers were courteous and took all the time I needed to answer any and all my questions.
