I run a non-profit facility for senior citizens and ran into a problem whereas my maintenance staff were unable to perform the weekly lawn maintenance due to a staff member having surgery. I called so many lawn care companies and received only 1 call back in my first round of calls and that gentleman refused to provide a service due to the fact that I would not sign a long term contract. I continued looking and found Fresh Cut Lawn Care in the yellow pages, simply listed no big ad like the others I called, I left a message and in less than one hour the owner himself called me back, I explained my situation and he immediately agreed to come up the next morning with his equipment and if we agreed on a price he would perform the lawn maintenance and continue to do so until the end of the season. The next morning to my surprise, the owner showed up (mind you the owner of the company) we agreed on the price per occurance and he immediately got to work. When he was finished, he brought me the invoice insisted that I inspect his work, my property never looked so good. He assured me he would be back next week and he was there every week until the end of the season at which time he also agreed to do the fall clean-up. My facility looked amazing, my residents were very impressed and loved him as he was very respectful to them. I will continue to contact Fresh Cut Lawn Care in the future for any extra work etc. that comes up. There are not alot of contractors out there that are willing to do this for small companies and do it with respect and pride. You are lucky if they even return your phone calls. Thanks Fresh Cut Lawn Care.
