I spoke with both the Owner and his staff, and not only were they extremely helpful in cleaning my ductwork and installing a high-quality dehumidifier in my basement, but they also were instrumental in helping me plan to have my basement sump pump replaced. Joe went through all the steps necessary to repair and fully waterproof my basement. His staff was just as helpful in educating me on the care and maintenance of my air duct system. Would definitely hire them again! Great job!

Water damage with subsequent mold to finished basement remediation. | |AirCare was prompt in their response. They collected air samples from the damaged area, other floors in our home and outside of our home and sent them to an independent lab for analysis. They quickly provided an estimate. They showed up to work on time with quality friendly workers who explained what they were doing. They sealed off the mold contaminated area, installed 4 large air wash units, cleaned all items in that area, built a clean room and moved the cleaned items into it. They sealed off and demolished the damaged area, removed materials(drywall, insulation) in a controlled fashion, decontaminated and treated all structure that could remain. They reconstructed everything and retested the environment when they were done. They have many certifications and I cannot image the job could not have been more thorough.

Keith's office was professional and helpful. I was given all information and costs up-front and an appointment was made for Keith to come and evaluate my home for radon and mold. Once he came, he was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He took samples to identify any mold present and tested for radon. Once the information comes back from the labs he sent the samples to, he will write a comprehensive report on what remediation is needed.

The service turned out okay but not as great as we had hoped. They had a change in some of the workers that came and some of the crews did not seem to work well together or know fully what they were doing. The management team was good but the crews had trouble.

It turned out very well. They provided a very good service. They have been both reliable and responsive with the service. As problems arose with our new air conditioning system they evaluated the system and promptly took care of the issues.

From the quotation process through installation, Keith Roe and Rod Zottarelli were professional, responsive and informative. They were willing to work with me on schedule and payment terms to assure customer satisfaction. Air Care and Restoration committed to replacing the unit in one day, knowing the Lehigh Valley was on the verge of a heat wave. The technicians were both very professional and well-prepared to complete the installation. The job was completed in one day, with the technicians staying a bit longer to make sure everything was cleaned-up and operating. We were left very pleased with the entire process.
