The area was not cleaned. Sealer was put over mulch, leaves and dirt. Sealer covering dirt immediately pealed. In addition the coat is so thin that crackers reappeared immediately. The workers were very sloppy. Sealer is on the sidewalk and other cement adjacent to the driveway. Even the emergency gas cap was sealed over. Despite countless calls to and conversations with the owner, he has done nothing to rectify the problem. He did keep one of 5 appointments, and he did admit the workers did not properly clean the space. That said, no future appointments were kept; no messages were received to cancel appointments - simply, No Show. My advise is stay away from this company.

Stinger Asphalt was on time for the estimate and came when they said to do the work. That's the best I can say of them. The sealer was put on so thinly that part of it washed off after the first rain (about a week after application). The rest of it that did initially stick was gone by the following spring. When I contacted the owner, he didn't come out to look at it for well over a month, and when he did come to see it, he said that it had washed off because it was applied right before a rainstorm--that he'd expect that to happen. Well, i wasn't the one who applied it! We went back and forth on a refund but nothing ever came of it. Eventually I gave up but have made everyone I know well aware that this is a company that should be avoided.

The service was good. They were not prompt-by not returning phone calls. But the price was good. I would use them in the future if they would return phone calls.

They were easy to work with. They were quick, clean and efficient. I thought they would do a little more patching than they did. The job was done in a timely manner.
