Description of Work: Called twice to arrange for them to provide me with an estimate. Both times I was told that Alexi would call me back to arrange for them to come to my house. She never called and neither did anyone else from their company. Terrible customer service. I found a mover who was responsive, competitive and thorough, I don't need South Hills Movers' aggravation.

Description of Work: Great team. Friendly, hard working, and took good care of our belongings.

Description of Work: Movers arrived on time and performed the move in a timely manner. Very courteous, polite, and attentive to protecting the property, both home and furniture, from damage. I felt the fee was expensive relative to my other moving experiences, but needed to expedite this move and did not "shop around". One of the movers was younger and less experienced. He improperly leveraged the weight of a workbench on the upper portion which damaged the wood where the the top and bottom were attached. There was no other damage to any other pieces of furniture.

Description of Work: Moved some of our belongings into storage, and the rest into an apartment. They came on time, finished ahead of schedule, were very professional and there was no damage.

Description of Work: Moved our belongings from one house to another in Pittsburgh. Went very quickly and with no complaints. Had a challenge with the narrow street we were moving from and worked that out in a timely and satisfactory way. Also moved our grand piano very professionally.

Description of Work: Moved my in-laws from their home to a retirement apartment about 25 miles away. Because everything in the house wasn't moving, the family packed most of the items to be boxed. South Hills sent 4 young men who had obviously been in the business for a while. They knew exactly what to do and how to move and pad everything. They arrived right on time and asked for a walk-though so they could identify which items to load first. Then they got right to work. They moved the boxed items first, then furniture. They also moved a grand piano and it was obvious they knew exactly how to do it. Once done, they walked through the house again with us to make sure nothing was missed. At the apartment, 3 of them unloaded the truck while one stayed in the apartment and placed the items exactly where we wanted them. They provided clothes hampers and loaded the clothes directly from the closes on the hangers. Then unloaded them at the apartment. Everything went exactly as expected. They finished 1.5 hours sooner than was estimated (and the cost was reduced accordingly). We didn't discover any damaged items. We would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: south hills movers provided excellent service. The entire move from western Pa to Colorado went smoothly. There were no issues. The movers were professional in every way. |They were respectful, courteous, and responsive to our needs. They arrived when they said they would. We especially liked that the driver and our things stayed on the same truck for the entire trip. We recommend South Hills Movers highly.
