Very good. They were formerly known as Metro Restoration, and now they're Service Master Metro. I'd give them straight "A"'s across the board including their price. It was done very well. Very punctual. Very thorough. Excellent provider. Their employees were excellent. Very professional, very thorough, hard working. They were an excellent company to deal with.

He was good. He was excellent. He was very fair guy. He did a great job. It was fantastic. I would recommend him to anybody.

Very well. Patrick worked with me several times on the phone to diagnose the problem, and then only came out once when all the parts were in. He was prompt, fair, explained things well.

The remediation team showed up on time and completed the work ahead of schedule. They were professional the whole time.

The Metro Restoration & Cleaning team removed all mold in a customized process: sanitized areas with surface mold, dried all damp areas and follow-up tested for mold to be sure all was removed. .

This was actually the second time Lloyd had come to our house. The first time was when we bought the house about 8 years ago and we had a mold inspection performed. This time our dryer vent had not been working properly so we were worried about possible mold growing. Lloyd was punctual and very polite. He tested the area of concern and then also performed another swab for me in another area of the house which was concerning me. Prior to hiring Metro Restoration, I had spoken with a couple other mold remediation places who informed me that you should use an independent tester as there could be conflict of interest, which is something I was concerned about. However, I can tell you, I have no doubt Lloyd is as honest as they come. He indicated there were no real issues in my home and he could never warrant having remediation done on the areas I was concerned with. He gave me some tips to make sure the mold stayed away. I did get the $49.00 deal on Angie's list which was fantastic, but even without it, I would certainly pay full price for Lloyd's service. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Lloyd was terrific. Knew his business and was able to explain his process and work very well. He and his crew were always on time and went above and beyond to do the job properly.

Lloyd was prompt, professional, and very efficient. He answered all my questions and his crew was able to do the mold remediation very quickly in a basement that had been water damaged and that had a serious mold in the laundry room wall. I was very happy with the work and his professionalism. Highly recommended.

Kathy from the office called to schedule very promptly. She was able to schedule us very quickly and was lovely on the phone. Lloyd came out that same week, looked very thouroughly at the attic and even took some swabs from areas of concern. He assured us there was no mold and acctually saved us $1700! This was the estimate we had gotten from a previous company that suggested remediation under negative pressure. We had been upfront with Lloyd about the previous findings but he assu red us there was no need for any of that! He could have chosen to make a couple bucks but instead saved us! Provide report promptly. Would absolutely use them again for any service needed?

Metro entered house and laid down cloths from front door to attic entrance. They then brought in all equipment, sealed off attic and started to work. Took break for heath exhaustion and lunch. Very kind. Clean up very well.

Gary and Amanda were right on time and began work immediately. They answered my questions and allowed me to feel sage and secure when I went out. They were at all times professional and friendly and hardworking.

They were called to a**** what we believed to be a potentially serious mold problem. The inspector Floyyd, was very professional. He took readings of affected areas, explained the nature of the problem (the fact that the readings were so low that there was no problem). Since I am a contractor , he advised me on the appropriate d method of addressing the issue. When we asked what the inspection would cost, he said that since there was no mold, he could not in good faith charge a fee. The owner was elevated from a state of dread to total joy. It was refreshing for me to meet a person of integrity.

Overall I was very happy with the services Metro Restoration & Cleaning provided. Lloyd from Metro was at our house 24 hours after calling for an appointment; they rearranged their schedule to satisfy our request since we had a mold issue and an 18 month old child at the house. Lloyd performed a thorough inspection of the house including swab tests and confirmed we had a mold issue that, left undealt with, would balloon into a larger issues including health risks. Metro again rearranged their appointments in order to perform our cleaning/service; Kathy was a huge help with this. The service team arrived on time, explained exactly what they were going to do, did the work quickly and even aswered my silly questions afterwards. I would certainly use Metro again, but I hope not for mold!

They are so kind and they tell me the truth. He had a swab kit and could prove that I actually had mold and the other companies I called could not prove it, they just told me. I was happy and knew I wasn't getting taken. I would recommend them.

Upon discovering surface mold on our basement walls, we spoke with Lloyd at Metro Restoration who came out and provided a visual survey and estimate for remediation work. He was very punctual, attentive and answered questions readily. Charge for the visual survey was $150, which was applicable toward any services. We chose Metro for the job and the two gentlemen who did the work were very efficient and thorough. Metro provided a 1 year warranty of the remediation.

I was asked to provide a written estimate to my basement after multiple sewer backflows and flooding. This estimate would help me to assess the damages for an insurance claim. I left a message and my call was promptly returned. The cost for the inspection and written estimate ($200) was given to me up front and I agreed to the service. Lloyd Hyde arrived at my home, on time, and began his evaluation. He surveyed the entire basement for bacterial and mold contamination, as well as, take measurements for reconstruction and pointed out a few things I was unaware of. He was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Three days later, he emailed me his written report/estimate and I forwarded it to the attorney for the insurance company. Five months later, the insurance company wanted to evaluate my basement for themselves. I heard they were going to say there is no actual proof of contamination and the basement is fine. I email Lloyd to simply ask him a question which was, "If no mold spores are visible by this time, does that mean I?m safe from any bacteria or air quality that could evolve in the future due to the past sewage flood?" I explained to him the situation and just wanted to know if I should accept their statement or debate the issue. Lloyd emailed me back and told me that he was going to change his schedule and meet with them on my behalf. He knew it would be difficult for me to defend anything they will have to say and that it would be a one sided debate. Now that's a stand-up person. Here is a man who is a complete stranger to me and yet he was willing to change his schedule around to help me. Not too many people would go out of their way to do that and certainly not a company. So I highly recommend Lloyd Hyde and Metro Restoration and Cleaning.

The company returned the phone call promptly and scheduled a time for the sales person to come to view and test the space. Right away, there was an extra $20 fee that I was not aware of during our initial phone call. After reviewing the areas (visual, no testing needed), a proposal was emailed to me showing the different levels of services (three different price points depending on level of work). A day later I received a phone call slightly adjusting the proposal. Some time passed and I called to schedule the work. I signed the proposal, which included two of the three items listed and sent back to the company. The day before, the company called to say that they made a mistake on the proposal and that a certain item (painting that was included in the first price point) was actually not included. We were able to work it out - that they would including paining - for half the area - as that really was supposed to be $800 extra (for one half the space). The workers who came to preform the work were friendly and appeared to do a nice job. The work is guaranteed for 1 year, with some conditions, however, the conversation with the sales office made me uncomfortable and I worried that the work would not be performed correctly. So far, it looks good.

Overall, I thought Lloyd was very professional and is someone that I would trust. His quote was much higher than the other one I received, and I though the solution that the other firm provided made more sense for what I wanted.

7 hours for 4500 dollars sounds kind of steep

First I need to say that this was the best customer service I think I have ever had from anyone. The woman was pleasant and knowledgeable. Right away I had a good feeling about this. My father had come down ill and we felt that cleaning the ducts would help. They came out right away (the following week) and right before a holiday. He said they put booties over their shoes so they wouldn?t get dirt in the house. They explained everything in detail, showed him the mess they cleaned out of the ducts( including a tie that had been in there for many years), and were very punctual. They then cleaned up their mess, wiped the outside of the vents off in the house and left. He said it did not take long, it did not blow any dust into the house. I will be using them again and I have already recommended them to a friend.

They were very prompt and they gave us a free consultation. They were very professional and they kept right to the schedule. They said they would be here on Tuesday and they were here. They cleaned up when they were done and everything was very clean. They were very nice and very polite. The charge was around $1675, but we got Angie's List discount for about $200. We called a couple of other people. We thought about Angie's List, so when we saw them, they talked to us and they could come so quickly. We were so afraid of the mold that we didn't call anybody else. We were very satisfied when they were done. They made us very comfortable about the mold. They showed us what they did. They showed us the chemicals were all safe, so we were very pleased with that. We hope that we never have to need it, but we would call them first for sure.

I called and spoke with Cathy at the the office,-she was outstanding in explaining process, answered all questions and was very cordial and pleasant on the phone or email. The home was evaluated and after a couple of estimates I opted for this company. Scheduling was very prompt, the service completion was done in a very neat manner.

Metro Restoration performed all services in a very professional manner. They responded to all e-mails and phone calls within 24 hours.They offered a very good price for the amount of work that was done. During the project they clearly explained every step of the way and send us "before and after" pictures. They worked with the insurance company directly and we were only responsible for parts not covered by the insurance. We believe that we were never overcharged for anything and prices never went up from the estimated price. Our overall feeling about Metro is very positive. Lloyd, who is the owner of the company, went "far and beyond" the call of duty. He helped to coordinating complicated arrangements with our tenants and property manager. Our building had a lot of problems and Lloyd was able to navigate and find solution to all of them. We highly recommend working with this contractor as he is trustworthy, honest, hardworking, and not greedy.
