After a breaker kept tripping, we noticed a frayed wire that was running electricity to the third floor along the roof. Rich came to my house the same day I called him and provided his recommendation on the cost of running a new line for the damaged one as well as installing two new lines for heat, which we wanted because we had yet to run heat to this floor. He provided me a reasonable estimate the next morning and was able to start on the work right away. He was able to work around our vacation schedule and was very professional and knowledgeable. He efficiently completed the work and cleaned up after himself very well. He puttied the holes he needed to make in the walls and he brought his own shop vac to clean the areas where he punched out the wall to run the lines. He did all of his work for the quoted price. We will definitely call him again for any additional electrical work.

Recently I purchased a foreclosed home in the City of Pittsburgh. The electric had been turned off for well over a year so it needed to be inspected by a licensed electrician and then by the City of Pittsburgh inspector. After receiving many quotes I finally settled on Rich Brandi mainly due to price. He was far and away the most affordable. Rich met with me the same day that I called him. He handled pulling the permit with the City of Pittsburgh and all of the needed repairs in order for me to pass the inspection conducted by the City of Pittsburgh. Rich was a real professional. He did not require any down payment and was willing to let himself in and out of the property without me having to meet him there each day. Rich completed the work in 2 days time and I was able to successfully pass the electrical inspection with the City a few days later. The job went really smooth and I could not be happier. Rich did a great job and I will certainly use him again!!! The man does what he says he is going to do and completes his work quickly.
