Description of Work: I called or emailed Tony a number of times with the only response was one email asking me to call him. When I called I left a message. When I emailed him there were no replies. I'm assuming he doesn't want my business. I have found others who gave me a bid to do some pointing of my house. I feel Tony is unprofessional by not getting back with me. I will not contact him again. Hopefully others will not as well.

Description of Work: Work was done well and efficiently. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: R&R was quick and efficient. We had them re-point at least half of the bricks on our house including several areas where the bricks were removed and re-laid. They removed several layers of chimney bricks, re-pointed the chimneys, and capped those too. They also re-pointed our foundation stones and installed all new glass block windows in the basement. Mid-job, we asked them if they could use our leftover chimney bricks to brick up an old doorway and window in the back of the house. They quoted us a very good price to do this, but unfortunately didn't have enough leftover bricks for the door. I found and bought matching bricks on Craigslist, and R&R graciously offered to pick up the bricks for us. I was worried that they might just brick in the doorway and window holes, but they removed all the bricks from that area and re-bricked the whole area. You would never know there was a window or door there. It looks original. They also offered to take the remaining bricks and store them at their warehouse for us. Tony is super easy to work with, and he knows what's going on with each part of the job. The guys were done with all of this work in a little over a week. You can't tell that any of the work they did wasn't original to the house. It looks as good as new. This is an honest company. There were no surprises, no additional fees. They stuck to their quote. I'd hire them again, no question.

Cannot recommend them highly enough. One of the best companies with whom I have ever dealt. Was greatly impressed with their integrity and professionalism.

Description of Work: Was looking for inside brickwork. Called this company based upon reviews. Left a message and it was returned with in the hour to advise they do not do inside work, however, they helped me find someone who does.

His professionalism convinced us not to take a lower bid from another without much tact. | |Started work promptly. Tony has teams of experts, starting with scaffolding which was tricky over our busy garden. Workers did an amazing job working around our trees and bushes. | |They work quickly. One day up there they grind and fill. The next day they clean up and seal. Removed a bulge in the chimney in the process. We are pleased with R&R's work.

Description of Work: CALLED THE COMPANY TO GET AN ESTIMATE. THEY HAVE AN ANSWERING SERVICE, SO YOU CAN'T REACH PEOPLE DIRECTLY, WHICH I FIND ANNOYING. HOWEVER, I DID RECEIVE A CALL BACK WITHIN 6 HOURS. I ASKED THE PERSON IF HE COULD COME OVER TO LOOK AT MY CHIMNEY, AND OTHER MASONRY WORK AROUND THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE AND GARAGE THAT I'D LIKE DONE, BUT WAS TOLD THAT THEY ONLY DO ESTIMATES DURING THE DAYTIME, BETWEEN 9-5, WHICH IS WHEN I WORK. I ASKED IF HE COULD COME OVER ON THE WEEKEND, AND HE WASN'T TOO HAPPY WITH ME. HE TOLD ME THAT IT WASN'T NECESSARY THAT I BE THERE, BECAUSE ALL CHIMNEY REPAIR JOBS WERE BASICALLY THE SAME, AND THAT HE REPAIRS THE ENTIRE CHIMNEY, REGARDLESS OF WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. I SAID THAT I WOULD PREFER TO BE ABLE TO TALK TO POTENTIAL CONTRACTORS ABOUT THE WORK NEEDING TO BE DONE BEFORE RECEIVING AN ESTIMATE, AND SO HE AGREED TO COME OVER ON SATURDAY. HE NEVER SHOWED UP, EVEN AFTER I CALLED THE ANSWERING SERVICE ON SATURDAY, TO GIVE HIM A MESSAGE TO REMIND HIM TO COME OVER.
