Cost was very reasonable and product installed was exactly what we needed. We have used Matt since 2008 as our handyman. He responds very quickly and is very reliable and trustworthy. He never tries to over-sell us on services or products he doesn't think we need.

Description of Work: I first noticed Matt Miller's van with the website and phone number a few months ago and kept the number. When my kitchen ceiling fan stopped working I called Matt to see if that was somthing he could take care of. I called Matt on a Thursday and he was able to come out the next Monday. Along with the ceiiling fan replacement, I asked Matt to replace bulbs on outside motion lights and refocus so they would come on when there was motion in the yard, not in the steet. Matt was delayed about 15 minutes, but did call to let me know he was running behing. He finished the ceilng fan in about 45 minutes. He carried the old fan out for me. I had purchased the wrong bulbs for replacement of spot lights so he went to the local hardware and picked them up for me. Very courteous and professional. I was very happy with the job. It's so hard to find a handyman who will take care of small jobs. I felt the price was reasonable. I will definitely call Matt for other jobs I am planning.
