I had everyone lined up to start at 7am (pump truck and finishers). The truck came right on time. The yard gave me a call to let me know they were mixing my load and gave me an ETA (which was on time). Both drivers were kind and professional. The quoting process was also really easy. The office was very easy to work with, answered my questions and also was open to touch base with my pumper to make sure the mix was right. Since I'm not a concrete guy, it was a dream to work with folks that know their trade and are good about helping bring you up to speed. If my notes are right, I was impressed by something they told me. I asked for air en-trained concrete (basically a mix for exterior use). I believe they said that all their mixes are made that way and explained that many times you end up with a little bit extra and end pouring a stoop or something outside. So, instead of sweating that you are now using interior concrete outside, they just make it all exterior. Again, as a guy who isn't a concrete person... that just seems like a smart thing to do to make sure your customers get a good experience all the time.

THE DRIVER WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF SPREADING THE STONE EVENLY AROUND THE DRIVEWAY.
