They had my laptop for about 12 days. I called to check on it after not hearing anything for 7 days. A woman told me someone would call me back. Did not happen. I called one or two days later, asked about the status of my laptop. A man told me that he would reload it and I could probably pick it up in the afternoon, someone would call me. Did not happen. I called the next day, and a different man asked if I had no picture, I said right, that was the original problem. I think it was the next day, I stopped in and was told that there was still no picture, was probably the motherboard, thus not worth the cost to fix it. I asked about the computers they sell, the young man eventually went to the back and asked his boss to come out to give me correct pricing, we waited and waited, I eventually asked if I could just have my computer back, got it and left. There was no attempt to charge me for anything. At no time throughout this process did they call me, not even to tell me that my laptop could not be fixed. How long would that have gone on if I had not called and gone in? Other than the rather pleasant young man/men I had short encounters with at drop off and pick up, service is nonexistent, from my experience. Will never go there again!

They were timely in finishing, but did not finish everything we specified! They did reload the documents and part of the music, and none of our pictures, and they forgot to load all the programs we use (like Microsoft Office). The spam filter they said they put in did not work. I went to take my computers to back for them to finally fix what was missing, and I waited in the anterior of the building for 10 minutes! I called back to see if anyone was there - no one answered me or came to wait on me.

Wonderful, had overnight service on a weekend, which is wonderful because I need my laptop for school. Dropped it off in the afternoon on Saturday and was able to pick it up late Sunday morning. Was able to answer any questions when I went to pick it up, and even went over how to prevent getting the same viruses in the future. Also was available for questions later on the Sunday I picked it up when I was reloading programs from home. Already reccommended to my family.

They performed a free diagnosis on a computer that would not start up. The problem was the motherboard, which they do not repair. The cost to repair would be more than the computer was worth. They also provided useful advice.

I think they are very well priced. The workers are honest, they'll tell you write away. Anything I take in for them to repair, they will tell me if it's worth repairing or not and if it is, they do a great job. They have a very friendly staff.

The laptop seems to be working fine now. They charged about $75 for their service, which was basically for the labor. I would give them high grades except for their timeliness.

I dropped it off and they said it would be ready in 2 days. It was ready in 1 day. They scanned it for viruses, cleaned it up physically and file-wise, and fixed my email problem. They called me with one question about my email problem, and called me again when it was finished. It runs great, email works fine, and everything is super-fast, I love it.

It went extremely well. Jason was delayed about two hours from the appointed time but it was no problem . He immediately surveyed the problem and contacted Verizon by telephone. He was on the phone for about two hours with the Verizon tech before the problem was corrected. He then "cleaned" my system to improve the response speed. I had been given an estimate of $89 per hour when I initially called Insync and was presently surprised when the final charge was much less. I was impressed with his technical expertise. I will certainly call them again if needed and recommend them to others.

STAFF IS VERY NICE. JOHN AT THE DESK WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HE MADE A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION. HE SMILED AND TALKED TO YOU, IF HE COULDN'T ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS, HE GOT AN ANSWER.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY COOPERATIVE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS. ALSO, THEY WERE VERY REASONABLE ON THEIR PRICES AND STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS 100%.

I WAS PRESENTED A COMPUTER BY THE OWNER, LARRY VITTONE. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE COMPUTER.

LARRY, THE OWNER, DOWNLOADED AND INSTALLED THE NEW DRIVERS. HE PERFORMED THIS TASK WITHIN MINUTES, AND IT WORKED GREAT.
