Stacey came to our home and brought samples of blinds for our newly replaced windows. She recommended a variety of blinds that beautifully matched the decor in our home. Although we didn't initially have a clear idea of what specific products we were interested in, she was quite patient and presented us with a number of very attractive options. She also steered us away from a few products that she felt we would not have been happy with. Stacey spent over two hours with us on the first consultation, and I never felt rushed or like she was in a hurry to leave. She returned for a second consultation, once we agreed to use her company, and brought additional samples for us to choose from, to take advantage of special upgrade pricing that was being offered by a particular manufacturer. We had another quote provided by a second blind company, and found Stacey's prices to be competitive. Once we committed to using Gotcha Covered, the blinds were ready in the time frame that was told to us, and the installer scheduled a date with us in a reasonable time period. He arrived on time and was very professional and efficient. We are delighted with the appearance of our blinds, and would definitely recommend Stacy to our friends!
