Come delivery day for the fridge, which was separate from the rest of the appliances. The fridge showed up with scratches over both French doors. Note: before I left the store I took pictures of the floor model since it was in such great condition. We looked at the GE Profile Slate series with the damage and refused it before they could unload it off the truck. The delivery driver said it was that way when they picked it up and the store manager was supposed to call us. We never heard from him/her, but we went up to the store 24 hours later. We walked into Best Buy to meet with the salesman Jon, who sold us everything. Jon was busy so another young man offered to help us in the appliance department. We explained everything to the salesman. He offered to work with us on getting a new model, but not at the floor model price. I agreed that would not be possible, but I was not going to pay the current sale price for a new model. The store manager came over to discuss our options. After a brief conversation we agreed on a new price for a brand new model. I felt all the store employees in the appliance area were professional and the store manager was willing to work with my wife and I. Yes, I paid a little more, but I had to be reasonable. The store blamed the delivery driver and the driver blamed the store for the damages. Lesson here is, if you purchase a floor model take pictures, I did, of the item. Also, treat people the way you would want to be treated in the same situation. Thank you to the two young men in appliances, store manager and Best Buy Bethel Park,Pa.
Description of Work: We ordered a complete kitchen set from Best Buy near South Hills Village Mall. The fridge was a floor model and there was nothing wrong with it. My wife and I were lucky we just walked in at the right time.

I GOT A REALLY GOOD DEAL ON MY CAR STEREO. THE INSTALLER COULD HAVE BEEN FRIENDLIER. HE WASN'T IGNORANT OR ANYTHING. HE DIDN'T TALK MUCH. HE DID DO A GOOD JOB AND WAS NEAT ABOUT IT. HE PUT EVERYTHING BACK THE WAY HE FOUND IT IN THE BRONCO. WHEN I WAS SELLING THE CAR, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD TAKE THE STEREO BACK OUT FOR ME AND INSTALL THE FACTORY RADIO FOR FREE. I WAS IMPRESSED. I SOLD THE STEREO WITH THE CAR, ANYHOW. I HAD THE WARRANTY ON THE STEREO AND THEY STOOD BY THE WARRANTY. I WAS GLAD I BOUGHT THE WARRANTY.
