Excellent work. Very satisfied. Courteous, clean, and neat. Did an excellent job. I'm very happy with my new furnace and heating and air-conditioning. I would recommend them to anybody. I got three estimates two estimates could not do the job correctly. Mr. Yanich was the best.

Not well. In fact, I would have had a better time banging my thumb with a ball pein hammer! First, the price was exhorbitant; not competitive in any way shape or form. Unfortunately, my builder selected this guy, so I really had no say in whether he got the job or not! Second, his installers did not plumb the A-coil condensate piping, which caused a massive leak later on, when the AC unit kicked on. Mr Yonish stated that, because it was March when they performed the installation, they never complete the AC installation. Finally, they never told anyone (me--the homeowner, nor the builder, nor the electrical contractor) NOT to turn the AC unit on, that it was not checked out and ready, they never ensured that the outside disconnect switch was in the OFF position, nor did they check the thermostat to ensure that the AC setting was high enough to prevent the AC condenser from coming on, so when the electrician connected the 230v power for the condenser, naturally the AC unit kicked on! This not only caused problems with the refrigerant pressures, but also caused condensate to pour down both the outside of the furnace cabinet, and down over everything inside! Their tech tried evacuating the refrigerant, and re-charging the unit, but that was unsuccessful, and now there is another problem that will require repair! For as much as our insurance company paid for this replacement job, this guy should be here 24 x 7 until EVERYTHING works PERFECTLY!

Don and his crew were very professional and friendly They did an excellent job, cleaned up after the work was completed. Explained in detail all the new equipment and how it worked. Asked numerous times during the installation if I had questions. Were on time I have 3 estimates from 3 different companies and Yoniish was the least expensive. Although I feel furnace and air condi, is quite expensive I would highly recommend them

the tech did not know what the problem was so he took the inside of my furnace to the shop.had it two days said it was a loose wire .worked for two days then stopped. called them back could not fix it. sold me a thermastat for 350.00 did not fix pproblem.and they werent very quick to return calls.will never call them for anything .

We wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. In fact, we rely on them for our twice-yearly routine maintenance on our heating and cooling systems.

This is what service is all about! They were on time, easy to contact, professional and worked their schedule around other problematic contractors. They cleaned up well and made sure everything was perfect!

I have no complaints about the A/C aspect of their work. However the young man who came out to work on the furnace clearly didn't know what he was doing. I contacted the company about this issue, and I cannot fault the young man for not being able to do the work, however I feel that the company should have at least called me back in regards to the issue with the furnace.
