It went very well from getting initial estimate through completion of the work. Craig and his staff were very professional and responsive. In the sales process, Brian took his time to answer our questions and even made a follow-up visit to talk through options that I had asked for. They have a top notch crew and equipment. They were very respectful and the crew leader addressed any questions that arose. It was evident that the crew had worked together with for a long time. They showed up the same time every day like clockwork and did a great job. We were very pleased with their work and our decision.

Hired Craig Gouker Roofing to replace existing roof. Price was competitive,but what set them apart was their professionalism,and customer service. From sales rep to crew that did the work. You could tell they were on top of everything,and truly cared about providing us with a great experience. Roof looks awesome with minimal disturbance to our busy life. It was meant to be a one day job,but the crew ran into an unexpected issue removing excess paper. They made sure to do the job right, and had to return the next day to finish. As an independent business owner myself , I truly appreciate their efforts to provide superior service.

From the moment I stepped foot into the storefront at Millennium shops, I was impressed with Craig Gouker Roofing. I stopped to in to ask a few questions and get a quote. Brian came out the next day and said they would send an email shortly with the quote. We decide to have them complete our project. I had multiple conversations with Craig, and it’s not often that you get to speak directly with the owner, and I really appreciated that. Craig was great at recommending shingle colors and what I thought I wanted vs what he suggested, he and Kristen were spot on in the color choice to compliment our house, I never would have selected it myself, he know his business and is what I would consider an expert. We were scheduled within the week. They showed up as promised at 7:30 am Saturday morning. My wife joked that they were like a tiny army. 10 guys showed and without hesitation and got to work. The crew was friendly and very diligent, it was a cold Saturday morning but it didn’t slow them down and they didn’t complain. They were clean and organized, “a well oiled machine.” Other then the amazing work and our beautiful new roof, gutters, downspouts & fascia you can’t even tell they were here. Craig and his team did an excellent job replacing my roof. My roof bothered me for years but not any more. I'm 100% satisfied with the workmanship. Craig and this team are the best there is. Very professional and hard working team. On a scale of 1-10, I would give Craig a 10 for being the best. They explained all the work tasks, and provided recommendations. I had a difficult roof, but it was no problem for Craig & his team.

We received several bids on our roof replacement project that included a total replacement of our main house roof (with gutters and guards) as well as a large sheds roof in the back of the house. We received an estimate the next day after we requested it which was the lowest of all of our bids by a small margin, but we were impressed by the responsiveness that we selected Craig Goakers estimate. He crew arrived early each morning and were friendly, neat, and extremely thorough. You could tell they cared about our home and took pride in a job well done. We had a really strange wiring issue that posed some problems with the gutter installation and they worked to find a temporary solution until we could get an electrician to reroute the wires. Furthermore, the job manager worked to find solutions for a carpenter ant problem on our large shed. We are so pleased with the job and their work and are recommending them to our friends.
