the experience was a Great one.
Description of Work: bernie arrived as scheduled to install my gas fireplace and to change the kitchen faucet. He was aware, demonstrated Great knowledge and experience. He had an amazing work ethic and did his work as though he was doing it for his family. He was personable, gave opinion as to the way the work should be done. The price was reasonable. I would and have referred Bernie from Beverly to my friends and family.

Description of Work: I had a tripped circuit and it would not come back on, they inspected all of the outlets and found the problem quickly and fixed it. I was very pleased!

KINDA A BAIT AND SWITCH.
Description of Work: WE HAD HEAT PUMP TROUBLE IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER. THEY FIXED IT, BUT RECOMMENDED THAT WE ''REPLACE IT'' FOR $13K. ONLY LATER DID I FIND OUT THAT THEY TRIED TO GET ME TO REPLACE ALL THE EQUIPMENT INSIDE THE HOUSE AS WELL. NOT NEEDED! EVENTUALLY GOT THE HEAT PUMP REPLACED FOR $4100 ALL IN.
