Description of Work: They performed a dye test on my house. The flat fee was more than others, but I felt that they did a good job. I would reccommend them again.

Description of Work: Well, my furnance went....and during their inspection they found it was the 'heat exchanger' and that that compenent could be covered under warrenty. Which they did the leg-work to find out and it was. They got the part it, came back and replaced it and saved me big.

Description of Work: The company was contacted to provide an estimate for a repair and a service in a bathroom. The company's representative provided the cost of the service call / diagnostic fee but did not state the cost of services or repairs. When the caller requested the company's hourly rate for its plumbers, the representative said there was no hourly rate. The rep said the company used a fee for service structure. When the company's representative was asked what the fee for particular services and repairs would be, the representative said that information could not be given. The rep was unable to explain why this would be so if the fees are predetermined. Perhaps this is the standard way that plumbing company's throughout the area handle phone inquiries. However, this practice prevents the customer from receiving a ballpark estimate to determine if some companies have exorbitant prices. The company may consider posting such fees on its website if it wants to attract new customers.

Description of Work: I called for last minute heating and cooling estimate for home inspection. They don't provide fixed time schedule, which is not convenient for me, since I don't have access to the property. But the service is good, very professional.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with my experience having Beverly Services install my new furnace and AC unit. The sales rep was great from the point of estimate through the job completion. The job was supposed to take two days. When I was told that it may take an extra day, my sales rep took steps to ensure the install would be kept to the two days I planned. Then, they sent a follow-up technician to do a quality inspection a week or so after. With my contract, a free duct cleaning was included. I had to reschedule the duct cleaning and they were very understanding. I recommend this company to others for sure!

Description of Work: They came to give us an estimate to move our laundry upstairs. They were very receptive, answered all of or question's but unfortunately were about 15-20% higher than the others.

Description of Work: Overall, it was a positive experience. Their price for a furnace replacement part included the labor to install it. This makes it difficult to compare prices for individual items & services. However, no complaints -- explained the new thermostat & furnace part & how to use it.
