The removed my old water heater and replaced it. I choose them because they have a number of employees that are very knowledgeable.

I don’t use other companies so I can’t really compare their price. It seems that they cleaned the furnace and they put in a filter so I would say it was fair. I’ve never been disappointed and I’ve been using them for years.

Colin was awesome. Super friendly, and went right to work. He explained to me everything that was needed and what he was going to do. He had all of the material/parts on hand when he arrived. He arrived within the timeframe specified and called 30 min before showing up. I was extremely satisfied with the work that he performed. Between how quickly I received service (3 business days) for a non-emergency, the quality and expedience of the work, I can't complain about the price at all. Although there was a $85 fee that I wish the service department would have told me about prior to Colin showing up. My only complaint is that he could not discharge the coolant from a window AC unit that I wanted to get rid of. I was told that Beverly Services did not offer that service. Again, I wish I would have known that prior to arranging the appointment. I will definitely be hiring their services again.

Their price is not the cheapest in the world, but it's not outrageous. They have some communication issues between the staff and the office. It's not perfect. The interaction was all good.

Called Beverly HVAC - response time 3hrs. Fantastic service! Adam Foor - reliable, honest, professional, diagnosed and fixed within record time. Consult $85 w/result run capacitor $160. Fixed. 😄. We could not be happier. This situation is everyone's nightmare. We have never been so happy and relieved in our lives and will tell everyone and anyone we know. Thank you for being the most reputable company we've EVER worked with.

After I noticed water in the attic I called Beverly as they serviced the unit for the previous owners of my home. They dispatched a technician within 45 minutes of call and the work was done within an hour of his arrival. Polite, professional, knowledgeable and I appreciate the fact that he went above-and-beyond to make sure that the job was completed to my satisfaction.

They were very pleasant to work with. I have a small access point to my AC unit in my closet and I have to clean it out myself every time someone comes and they helped me out with that.

Dave the electrician was extremely thorough, knowledgable, honest and professional. He gave great advice and recommendations and I plan to have him install a whole house surge protector in the near future

Initially, I was hesitant to hire Beverly Services because I already have a plumber that I trust. But my new-home Warranty (which proved to be useless) required me to use an "approved" company, and my plumber wasn't on their list. So, I picked Beverly - kind of like picking a name out of a hat. They answered their phone promptly and courteously, got me scheduled, and arrived as agreed. The repairman was friendly and got to work quickly; he identified the problem, assured me that the work would be covered under the Warranty, and presumably repaired the boiler. I paid my deductible, and for another few days of chilly weather, we had heat. Yay! Fast forward to November 1 when the temps dropped, and I don't have heat. So when I access the same switch/relay and jiggle it, voila! the boiler kicks on - EXACTLY the problem that we were having before we called Beverly Services. But guess what? Beverly does NOT stand behind their work. They repaired nothing; in their words they only tightened some parts. And they warranty nothing beyond 30 days - nevermind the fact that they worked on my boiler in the Spring, it didn't need to fire all Summer, and then on the 2nd or 3rd cold Fall night it fails. I'm disgusted. OK, they can't provide indefinite warranties on work. But I paid $80 for service that didn't repair the problem; all I got was the equivalent of some duct tape. Save your money. Skip calling Beverly Services if you want a quality job that the provider stands behind.

I called Beverly this morning to remedy a strong smell coming from my heating duct and they came the same day. Kevin was professional and did not give up until he found the source (chipmunk). The cost was reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were excellent. I was moving to a new home and I had a few repairs. They've always done a great job. They are very professional and they followup if its needed.

I guess I expected a lot. Met with a salesman and went over everything. He promised a new water shut off. Who wouldn't want a new one? On the day of installation.. Two hours late and no call. When the guys got here they seemed p***** off. Then I watched them drop my brand new furnace from the truck! I watched closely because it was a big purchase and I wanted it done right. Then I had to ask why they were not installing a new water shutoff! It took 2-3 days to install new furnace.. At times really cold in the house. Had to call them back a few times because some of the soldered pipe fittings started leaking. I figured I'd give them another chance.... I called requesting a quote on replacing a gas shut off for my dryer. Had to call 3 times because of no return calls. Then I was finally told..we don't give quotes..it will be $85.00 for them to come out and look at it and if you spend $500.00 you would get the $85.00 back!! Its a $20.00 part!!!

I had to have them come at night. The work was fine, and the workers were fine. They left the area fine. I didn't compare the price with anything, because I needed it in a hurry. The responsiveness was great, and I haven't had any problems with the quality. They came when they said they would.

I was given a window of 5 hours for the technician to come out, which I wasn't pleased with, but understand that that's how most service companies operate. Technician showed up after 4pm and didn't call to say they were on their way as I had requested. When the technician came in, he gave me a quick rundown of what he was going to do and got to work. During his time at the house, he took several phone calls while servicing our furnace which made our job a lot longer than it needed to be. When he was finished, he told me that I was going to have to go buy a furnace filter because he didn't keep our size in stock in his van. I may be wrong, but I thought that was included in the cost of the tune-up, so it would have been nice for him to give me a little discount. After he left, I went to buy the new filters and when I went down to put it in, I discovered that he had applied Beverly Services stickers to not only our furnace, but also to our electrical panel and hot water heater without asking my permission to do so. I am chalking this experience up to just a bad technician and will use them again in the future. But, if any of that happens again, it will be the last time I use them.

Awful, awful, awful. The technicians were late. They were called in to install a coax cable outlet. Didn't have the parts to do the job. First, they scratched the hard-wood floors moving our furniture. They destroyed the exterior brick trying to drill through it and pieced it all back together with silicon instead of doing a proper mortar repair job. They even told me that that's all their "allowed" to use for something like that. They tracked mud in the house to boot. I did speak with the owner and agreed to a refund of what I paid for the job. But now I'm still left with brick-work and a floor that needs to be fixed. From the reviews I see here, I have to assume that I just happened to get the one electrician on their crew that is a hack...

It's been over two weeks and I still don't have a working toilet! I had to file a claim with my home owners insurance to to get the job properly done by another company.

As always, the people they send out are very polite and professional. They come in and do their job quickly and efficiently. They explain anything that needs to be explained. I am very happy with their service and we will continue to use them.

I got 4 different estimates to replace my furnace, they were in the middle. Everything was done professionally, and in the 4 years I've had it, there have been no issues or problems.

Beverly Services came out the same day and troubleshot our furnace not starting. Called early. Was transferred to services. After being on hold for a couple minutes, was told I could remain on hold or leave a call back number. Very courteous. We were referred to Beverly thru our homeowners insurance when we first moved in. Happy to use them again.

I called Beverly Services and both times I was able to make an appointment for the very next day. At least one of the two times they arrived early but called to make sure it was okay. They were friendly and professional the whole time. The work was done to completion in a timely manner and when the leak in the heating system was fixed the plumber actually called his office to ask about discounts available on Angie's list and waited for me to purchase one so that he could apply it to my charge that day. I really appreciated that. The guy that fixed the pipe under my sink gave me a really good discount when there was none available on Angie's list. I believe that the prices were very reasonable although of course I would love it if they were less and I really don't have a bad thing to say. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I had good experiences with them. I usually pay them a premium a month so it was done as part of the contract so I did not cost me anything. I have been using their service since we moved here probably since last December. The good stuff is their quality. They are really good, professional, high-quality, and experts. They are pricey.

Air Condition (AC) Unit (outside) became inoperable. Had to call Beverly on a Sunday morning. Repairman came right out, promptly located the problem, and replaced the defective part shortly after giving me a very accurate estimate of costs. He also noted that the AC Unit was closely located near a laundry dryer vent and that the AC unit was sucking dryer lint from dryer exhaust and gradually plugging the AC intake condenser. He recommended hosing down the condenser coil periodically to remove the lodged dryer lint. The part replaced was about $160 and the remainder for the house call and labor.
