Their service was outstanding! They removed the old system and did a great job of installing the new. They ensured we were safe and up to code. We haven?t had any issues with the heating system since.

We have used Beverly four times over the past three years. They have always arrived on time, performed an assessment quickly, reviewed repair options and associated pricing, professionally completed the job and cleaned up after themselves so you couldn't even tell they were there.

They had a very competitive price. It was the most beautiful plumbing job I have ever seen in my life. It was a very good plumbing experience.

Salesman was very professional and knew what he was talking about and the installers were excellent and very respectful of my house.

The technician contacted me to let me know he was on his way; he arrived when he said he would, which was very early in the morning. We talked about some issues I had with my air conditioner first. He diagnosed a problem which he fixed and then tweaked a few things. Air conditioner should be good for the summer now.

Our furnace was not working. We called in the morning and they came that day. He checked it over and told us what was wrong and gave us our options. We purchased a new furnace and they came the next day and put it in. They were nice and polite and repaired a leak on our other furnace that had just started that morning.

I do have a service agreement with them. They are very good.

They are very good. They did make a mistake on the filter and they corrected it right away. The pricing was right.

They did not even come out to look at what was going on. They just gave me a quote over the phone.

Marvelous. They showed up on the dot, carefully brought everything in the back door so as not to track dirt through the house, and fitted the vents so perfectly to the furnace that it looks like origami. They finished early. They were wonderful. They also, when they came to quote, sold me a Carrier model instead of the identical Aprilaire model; that saved me $200.

I called on a Thursday afternoon, and they said a serviceman could be there the next morning. between 8:00 and 12:00. She said they would call around 8:00 to let me know when they would be there. Rich, the serviceman, called me just before 12:00 to say he was on the way. He arrived about 20 minutes later. He did the furnace cleaning and furnace check and replaced the filter. When he checked the humidifier he found it was not working at all. He replaced the solenoid valve and it began working immediately. He didn't need to replace the humidifier panel since it had been virtually not used since the unit was not working.

So far so good with them. I haven't had any problems at all. The quality is less than perfect, but basically pretty good. They are always within the time bracket that they give me, but I don't like it when people give me a 4 hour bracket.

They were great. We were happy with them. They were polite, professional and very friendly.

I had sent an email to the company detailing what I needed. I made it clear that brick work would be necessary to complete job. person who came to provide the estimate said he would have to talk to the person in charge before he could give me an estimate. took my check for the price of the estimate-79.00-then called me back within 30 minutes. told me that they could not do the job. I needed a bricklayer.

Beverly Services gave me the best estimate so I went with them. They were on time. They did a nice job. They are professional. The price was reasonable. They used a lighter gauge material than I preferred, but I was able to work around that.

The heat in the furnance was not hot.

Beverly had actually provided two bids for two different boilers (Carrier and Bryant). We chose the Carrier on a Monday and the salesman said they would be able to start work no later than the following Monday. On Tuesday afternoon he called back the and said they were unable to locate the proper model Carrier boiler in the area than there would be a two week delay getting one. He said he had located the proper Bryant model(lower price), but had arranged to get the Bryant dealer to increase the warranty period to match that of the Carrier. He said that the Bryant was actually manufactured by Carrier and that most of the differences in the boilers were cosmetic. I emailed Carrier with the information about the boilers and they confirmed that they were nearly identical. Since the Bryant cost $700 less, we OK'd going ahead with the Bryant boiler which he said would be available that Thursday. The following describes work Beverly performed between December 18 and December 30, 2008. They performed the initial install of the boiler in two days(Thursday and Friday, December 18 & 19.) and a third day for the radiator(Monday December 22). Over the weekend after the boiler install we had a problem with the boiler not turning back on Sunday morning even though it had run properly Saturday after the install. I explained the problem to the crew that showed up on Monday to install the radiator. They stated that they mainly installed hot water boilers, not steam boilers which are similar, and that they had been consulting with their steam boiler expert by phone. They arranged to have a technician arrive late Monday afternoon to look at the problem. He agreed there was a problem, but indicated he would place a request for a steam boiler expert to look at it Tuesday morning. He also showed me what I could do to get the boiler to fire up if it should shut off again. At eleven a.m. Tuesday Beverly Services called and said they would not be able to send the Steam expert out till the following Monday, December 29. During the wait for the steam boiler expert the boiler shut down several times, but I was able to use the instructions provided by the technician to get it operational again. On Monday Dec 29, the steam boiler expert arrived about 9:30 a.m. and performed a thorough assessment of the problem but indicated he didn't have some needed parts on the truck. He would be back Tuesday morning to perform the alteration to correct the problem. He showed up Tuesday afternoon and performed the work. Since then the boiler has been working correctly.

They are very good, they are always on-time, they came and did what they said they were going to do and they always made sure to clean up after themselves.

Salesman was punctual and answered all of our questions. This is the only thing that was professional about the installation. We are happy with the product that he suggested for us. We are not happy with the installation or problem resolution skills of this company. The installation team that was sent did not have experience installing the brand of unit that we bought and they did not test the system before they left. They told us they would set up a time, but 3 weeks later we hadn't heard from them. The system was installed incorrectly and it took 3 techs to come out to tell us that. One of the techs implied that our guy that was refinishing the basement screwed it up. He even went as far as to be upset that the guy had half of the ceiling finished by this time and he couldn't get a good look at everything (This was 4 weeks after they installed the boiler). He made the refinisher take the ceiling down delaying our project. We were told that the "vice president" of the company would be out the following Thursday to correctly reinstall the boiler. This man turned out to be "on vacation" when the time came for him to come, not to mention that he actually is not a technician and wouldn't been the one to do the reinstall anyway. I asked to speak to someone who could help and I was told that the "vice president" is the one who handles the complaints. Since he was "on vacation," and I was told "the president does not deal with these things," there was no one there that could help me. We faxed a letter over to the president of the company who never responded. The "vice president" never spoke to us either. And we had to ask for someone to apologize to us for the delays. We are very disappointed with the lack of customer service from this company. When we finally got someone to reinstall the boiler it turned out to be the techs that did the original installation. We asked that someone of experience come out at the end to double check everything. Unfortunately, he had to reschedule as well.

We used them through our home warranty so we only had to pay the $50 service charge and don't actually know what the full cost of services was since our warranty picked it up. We were very happy with their services. The technician was friendly and courteous and recommended alternative solutions we had not thought of. Would use them again.

Not much to tell. This house had disconnected electrical service at the pole and the breaker panel was gutted, so I called Beverly to fix it. They got the permits (inspection is required for Duquesne Light to reconnect service), did the work, cleaned up.

I hired Beverly Services to do a clean & check of my HW heater and furnace. They discovered that both were back drafting, and the furnace was missing an igniter assembly. Rather than paying several hundred dollars for a new chimney liner and repair the old equipment, I opted to have a new high efficiency furnace installed and circumvent the chimney altogether. Pun intended. Although they missed a couple things the first time around (they missed the back drafting on the first clean & check--only discovered it when they came back to do the repair) Beverly performed a more-than-adequate job.

They come before the air seasons and the heat season and tell us what needs to be fixed. Since we have an agreement with them we are at the top of the list They are prompt professional very reasonable.

Beverly wanted $79 for an estimate on repairs, which i can understand, but they will not credit that against your bill if you decide to do the services. Who wants to deal with a company who charges you for getting information to do the job properly?
