The job went very well and Bernie was the Master Plumber and Adam did a great job running the skid steer machine. They were very polite and Bernie was very knowledgable and was a stickler for making everything right. The county inspector passed the sewer line installation and they backfilled all trenches that would be under the driveway with 100% 2A linestone to prevent settling. The yard was filled with the dirt that the trench was dug up with. I was very happy with the total job. The price was very reasonable compared with the two other plumbing companies that I received bids for. It pays to get at least 3 bids for any plumbing work as pricing can vary widely. I definately recommend Bevery Services for any outside plumbing job.

Salesman arrived at the scheduled time, thoroughly described the options available for our consideration based on the size of our house. The price quoted for the system we selected seemed acceptable for the features of the system we selected. Installation was scheduled. Installers arrived promptly at the scheduled time and installed the system and performed the recommended duct cleaning on schedule. Operation of the system including new set-back thermostat was explained to us. We did have a problem 3 days after completion of installation, where the circuit breaker for the outdoor air conditioner compressor could not be reset. Beverly's service department was called and a technician performed the repair the same day. Problem was a shorted wire in the connection box for the compressor. Since the system operated satisfactorily prior to this event, we can't necessarily blame the problem on poor installation.

They were good. I needed them quick and they were very responsive. I would use them in the future.

The guy came out and was here for about 2 hours and was very thorough. He made some suggestions. We were supposed to get three different quotes for alternate plans. But he never got back to us or came back which took us completely by surprise which wasn't nice. I called back over a week later on June 13th, but didn't hear from them. Then after another week I called one more time without any luck, so then I gave up. They came across as very professional, helpful, and informative, but when it came up to doing the work it all went down the toilet. They finally called back and apologized for not calling and stated that they left a message on our answering machine. They must of had the wrong number. I was grateful that they apologized, because they did not need to, but we will still not use them.

Beverly provided a free evaluation and estimate . The same technician (Dennis) did both the estimate and the work, which I think is a plus. He arrived on time for both the estimate and work. The job took most of the day, since each security light required multiple trips up & down an extension ladder. Dennis did good quality work and cleaned up well after himself. Price was as quoted except for additional diagnostic work to find and fix an pre-existing condition ($79). I had to change two of the security fluorescent bulbs this spring (the bulbs for the Home Depot/Lithonia light fixtures I purchased only lasted about a third of the 10,000 hr advertised life), and so ended up looking closely at the installation work on two of the lights. The installation looks just as good up close. I plan to have some additional electrical work done this year and will call Beverly and ask for Dennis.

After an initial deposit of $600, Beverly set up the first service call for the next week. Bob again called to tell me he was on the way an arrived a bit early. The first day's work involved updating the electrical service panel. Bob was the sole electrician on the job. He moved the breaker box to a lower, more accessible location in the basement. The only hitch to the day's woprk was that the hood for the service entrance on the roof was not the correct size and Bob had to go get one. After 8 1/2 hours, Bob had the service upgraded and said a second call would have to be scheduled. I was able to schedule the second call for two weeks later. On teh second day Bob changed 11 outlet boxes from two- to three-prong and replaced existing outlets in the kitchen and laundry area with GFCI outlets. he moved the laundry area outlet to be further from water outlers for the washer. Healso installed a GFCI in the bathroom, which had only a single teo-prong outlet in the base of a fluorescent light. Bob them ran a new circuit to the kitchen for the refrigerator, which previously had been plugged into a wall outlet via an extension cord. The second day's work took about 6 hours. Bob was efficient and friendly and did a first class job, including cleanup. The hours estimate was right on the money. I would recommend Beverly Services and will use them again if I need to upgrade existing fixtures.in the house which, was built in 1956.

They were referred to us via a home warranty claim. We were referred to them once before from a different home warranty claim. Both times they have been very responsive and courteous. The recent appointment was a non-emergency and they were able to fit it in within a couple days (despite their increased work load for cooling repairs due to a heat spike). The plumber knew exactly what he was doing and was able to make a quick, but appropriate repair. He even cut us a fair break in the service price when the home warranty company refused to cover the claim for the hose bib repair (even after the home warranty company kept him on hold for at least 1/2 an hour for the claim. Note: Home warranty company reviewed separately). We will definitely use them in the future for plumbing needs.

Our bathroom faucets were not working , they fixed it part by part within 1 hour. Very next day again we had the same problem. Upon called they return and fixed all over again without any charge.

There was absolutely no charge because it was under warranty and they were the ones who initially installed it to me. When I called them for an estimate, the workman wanted to know what the problem was, which I appreciate. The workmen were really very friendly and very helpful. After I called them, the workman called me back in an hour. They were pretty responsive, very professional, very genuine and very good in terms of explaining things.

The emploee did a super job. Everyhting he did was official. However I am having a little trouble with my water pressure.

Very good, felt as if the technician was doing exactly what was necessary and not looking for more. Put booties on to walk into the house--not that it mattered--but, I appreciated the thought. Discussed signing up for annual routine maintenence for furnace and air conditioner.

I had three interactions with them. He came late in the evening and it was Superbowl night. I had called him after hours. He responded quickly and fixed it quickly. He did a good job. I could've bought the part that he replaced for $25, and I was overcharged in a big way. He told me what it would cost, and I said it was okay. I thought the price was exorbitant. I could?ve replaced it myself and saved $330. I was taken advantage of. They also do electrical work. I called to complain about the price and they gave me some nonsense justifying everything. I called them again to get some estimate on plumbing, and it was done at no charge. I called their electrician to come out and give me an estimate for some electrical work. He charged me $75 to do that. I would call somebody else the next time I need a furnace repair.

The installers were great and on time also very courtious.

They scheduled service quickly. The service man was very pleasant, has been with the company for many years and did his work efficiently and neatly.

We have a service contract with Beverly and a technician inspects our air conditioning and heating systems annually. Our furnace was found to have 3 cracks in the heat exchanger. Technician brought us down and showed us the cracks. Our furnace was red tagged and needed to be replaced. Purchased a high efficiency (92-95%) Carrier furnace as well as a humidifier and pump. Installation was done by 3 the next day. Very pleased with the results although the price was at the high end of the range according to internet research and comparisons. Overall happy with the results.

Left a message for a quote . Man finally got back to me. His quote was HUNDREDS of DOLLARS more than Metro Heating and Air Conditioning. ( I called them for quote just to verify they were still not the provider we wanted.) We had Beveryly put in Heating and Air conditioner in Dec 1989, probably overcharged . Approx 6 yrs late they came back for a repair. Charged us an arm and a leg and took parts with them.. Meanwhile, the man who came to do the repair was talking about improper installation of a furnace. ( It ended up being OURS!)

We had a good experience with them. They came in and they put it in. They hogged the whole boiler away that was very big and handy. Everything has been working fine so far. We thought that their price was a little bit high. Their product was good.

Stan called back within 24 hours of me leaving a message. He came to our house, professionally dressed, and wrote the estimate--which was lower than anyone in the area. I had a busy schedule and was not able to get back to him right away (for a week or so). He actually followed up with ME--to see if I was still looking to have the job done! Something I have not encountered in this industry (most cannot be bothered with small jobs). The installers were professional, friendly and fast. All in all a very good experience.

The company answered promptly and sent a repairman shortly thereafter. The work was performed competently. The serviceman was courteous and professional. He said he had just the one faucet in his truck. Since that was the only practical option, I agreed to have it installed. I did think $242.28 for a standard faucet and it's installation was high. Otherwise, I had no complaints.

As to not using them again, mainly because we have moved out of the area. But, I also did not like dealing with such a large company and their scheduling. I am much happier with a small company. I called and scheduled someone to come out and the first person to respond was not someone who would do the actual work, but a person who would give an estimate to be followed up by the person who would actually do the repair. I thought tying up two people's time was an inefficient way to do this. Plus it meant that we had to be available two separate times. They did have to order a part so it would have been two visits anyway, but if they didn't have to order, it appears that it would still be two visits because of their system. The work was fine and we had no problems with it. I just didn't like dealing with their scheduling system and being routed around on the phone to various people.

They were good. Compared to other companies their prices were less than the other companies on what was done. I had a very good experience. They came and did an estimate right away. The service they gave was on timely manner and the quality of work was good as well.

He did a good job, but then we had another issue with another leak in a downstairs toilet that leaked into our garage ceiling. We used a different plumber because we weren?t able to get a hold of Beverly Services then. He said he was unable to go further with it because of the way it was installed. He said he?d have to cut the pipes and do a coupling to fix it. He wasn?t able to actually fix the problem unless we had him go in and do that. He was following whatever their rule was, but another plumber said something slightly differently. He had said that the builder had not installed things correctly. We only had to pay a flat fee because he didn?t fix anything and only assessed it. It was under Home Owner?s Insurance. I cannot complain about the fee. I got two different explanations about the way the builder had installed it.

Dennis the technician was great always on time and did a perfect job plus cleaned up afterwards. The only issue I had was with the office and delays in getting set up but had nothing to do with the performance on the job.

The blower fan motor in our furnace got stuck and overheated and naturally the furnace wouldn't come on then. (it was actually some sort of secondary blower, but I can't recall the name of it right now. Anyway, I had called another heating company and the (and I use this term against my better judgement) "technician" they sent was a complete scam artist. By the time he was done telling me everything that was wrong the bill was going to be $10,000. Yes, you read that right, $10,000. This was more than the cost of the entire heating and air conditioning unit installed!! It was all I could do not to beat the crap out of the guy on the spot. OK, now on to the good stuff. I called Beverly Services and they came out and, as I said above fixed the problem in 10 minutes and the cost was only the service call fixed rate, about $65. I was so pleased with the guy that I called his boss and told him whatever he's paying him it's not enough, as he just made me a customer for life. I mean, come on, how many people would do what he did instead of just taking the easy was out and replacing the motor? He did tell me that the motor, if I did actually need one, would have been about $250 installed. Bottom line, These are good people. You can't go wrong.
