He was prompt. He explained the problem. He gave us the cost, which we very pleased with. He fixed the problem and explained that there would be no warranty because it was a rodent problem. The price included the service call to check the ac and repair the issues. I was able to use the coupons on Angie's List. We are very happy with the service and the cost and will use Beverly Services in the future.

I ended up going with another company. Update: Even in the response from the company president, there was a lack of attention. He responded with, "There is no cost for a dryer vent cleaning estimate." The problem is, I was not calling to get a dryer vent cleaning estimate. If he had read my complaint, he would see I was calling them to get a dryer vent INSTALLATION estimate. I have no dryer vent to clean. Three and half weeks after my initial Angie's list complaint, I also received a letter letting me know that I can call the office anytime, and because I had an issue, the usual $79 consultation fee would be waived. So I the president is saying there is no $79 fee, and I get a letter saying that $79 fee will be waived. I think the company needs to get on the same page with what/when this fee is charged.

Beverly Services shows up on time, does what is asked of them in a professional manner and they dont try to sell me something I dont want...I will continue to use them for routine service work.

The priced included an emergency after hours visit charge. It was amazing. They were wonderful and it was great. The gentleman was really wonderful. He showed up at 6 am and then came back in the afternoon to do the job himself rather than have it go to someone else because I had needed some additional minor repairs done at the house. Since the plumber was there, I was going to have him do that. He did it at no additional cost. He was very, very professional. I felt like I got an awesome price and he was amazingly easy to work with.

Originally when we called them in February we never got a call back, (perhaps we were just overlooked) however it is clear that Beverly Services wants to make sure each customer is happy with their experience and they kindly made it up to us by providing us with a complimentary service which was very nice of them. The technician Adam was friendly, called prior to arriving on time, and did a nice job with servicing our air conditioning unit. I'm not sure how Beverly services compares price wise with other companies, but we would most likely use them again in the future.

This company was dispatched by our home warranty company as a second opinion after another, less reputable company told us that our floor drain was too small and it would cost $260 to have our toilet removed to clean the drain. The sewer line was previously cleaned and I knew this was not true - the other company was just looking for ways to make additional revenue. The Beverly technician arrived and the service was night and day compared to the previous company. The technician was professional, on-time, and methodical in his work. He confirmed that our drain was large enough to fit a standard sewer snake and in less than an hour the stoppage was cleared and our drains were working normally again. He was not looking for ways to make more money from items not covered by the home warranty. I will definitely request this company in the future and will most likely use them after my home warranty expires.

Serviceman was very professional and showed me the ac repairs and coolant levels. advise me of options on repair vs replacement of ac. Very prompt -on time as scheduled.

The technician arrived about in the middle of the 4 hour window they gave me. He was polite and worked quickly. I thought that the cost was too much given that the work only took about 15 minutes to do. I was charged $79 for the call and $79 (if i recall correctly) for the parts and labor. That's more than my mechanic charges!!! The work was fine, but the price was out of scale.

All aspects were outstanding from scheduling to service. The Tech was friendly, knowledgeable and advised what was needed. I asked if I should have more items checked and he advised no as the unit was functioning perfectly with what was needed during this visit. I would definitely use them again

It was a very scary project. But the Beverly serviceman was very knowledgeable and his work gave us peace of mind. We had this company service the furnace at our former residence and then replace the boiler in our current house. The malfunction of our system did not involve the new equipment that Beverly installed.

It was okay. It was done off of our home warranty. Unfortunately, what they found wasn’t covered under the warranty. So we weren't real pleased with the warranty service itself. But Beverly did an okay job when they were here. Their prices were reasonable. They were clean as far as coming and doing their job and cleaning up afterwards. They were prompt as far as when they got here. They were professional. The only negative thing I had to say was not their fault; it was the home warranty's fault. They found out what the matter was. The toilet was loose. Apparently whatever they found as far as the cause of it, when they called the warranty to see if it would be covered; the warranty company said no. That was the only dissatisfaction I had. But I don’t think that can be blamed on Beverly Services.

I have Beverly Services check my furnace and air conditioner each once a year. Beverly installed both units. On this visit they also installed a filter for my Space Guard filtration system. They are always punctual, neat and professional. The office calls the day before and tells me a time (a one hour range) when the technician will be there.

It was fine. The first person came out and said we had a damaged furnace. A second person came out and said they couldn't find any damage. We were a little concerned about that. The work they did was good but we would recommend getting a second opinion. The price was definitely good.

Replaced Carrier furnace 2 years ago. Installed exterior filter holder.

Called on a Sunday, they were Monday. Extremely nice Tech, who knew his stuff. Very prompt, polite, and informative.

When tech arrived, he saw that my unit was a 12 year old R-22 unit. He said that it wouldn't be worth me paying Beverly's set fee ( I believe about $230.00 ) to find the leak since R-22 is banned and becoming more and more expensive and the parts for my old unit would be hard to find. I took his suggestion.

I called Beverly Services about my air conditioner not working, They scheduled an appointment to send someone out the following day. David arrived within the window of time and quickly diagnosed a few issues with my air conditioner. The Dual Capaciter was not working properly and I needed refrigerant. David replaced the defective capacitor, charged the air conditioner, cleaned the coils and checked the furnace filter. Total cost was $309 but I had a $25 coupon posted on Angies List bringing the total down to $284. David successfully resolved my issues in about an hour. He was professional and took the time to explain everything to me including the diagnostics and what was needed to correct the problem. I did have to clean up a little but that was to be expected since we were traveling in and out of the house a number of times. Overall, I feel the price was fair and the service very good. I plan on using them again in the future for any HVAC related issues.

Beverly Services was great. They were on time and they were courteous. They were very good. They never gave me any problems. They always answered my questions.

I liked them. They were good. I used them a couple of weeks ago. I can't recall the price. They were reliable. I called them on the weekend and they came out on a Saturday. I have been happy with their overall service.

Drained and moved water heater located in game room to an unfinished area of basement, added laundry tub and washer hookup and all new valving. Ran new electrical service to water heater. Extremely professional. Cleaned up when completed and was completed per schedule. This was the third time I have used the contractor, always with similar excellent results. Best plumbing contractor I have used.

My experience with them was excellent. When it comes to yearly check-up, they are punctual. They also take into account the weather.
