We called a few times but this contractor never even had the decency, or a minimum level of professionalism to return our calls. Sorry, but nothing is more UNPROFESSIONAL IMHO! We get it, trust us, your too busy. Fine, but here is a simple solution. Onus up and hire an office manager if you are a legitimate operation (which clearly you are not) and have them return customer calls, or better yet simply answer your phone instead of non-stop VM! Pathetic. We DO NOT appreciate you leaving our family in a mess this winter season. Guess you don’t need the business though, or are too dense to understand reputation, reliability, and word of mouth are paramount to a business’s success in the long run. Sigh…some people don’t get it and never will. Oh, and to all the non-believer consumers reading this review out there we’re sure this contractor will post the atypical contractor rebuttal, something to the effect that they never got our message. Ya, sure…been around a while pall and heard that lame contractor excuse so many times it makes us want to puke. Or perhaps another canned excuse such as, “we highly value our customers and would never do something like this and we don’t even know who these people are”. Blah, blah, blah. Bottom line is we are good people, contacted you, no reply, and a TEN second return cal/VM stating we value your business, but are booked for the next XXXXX weeks would be appropriate, end of story. But then again…that’s how REAL businesses operate and you’re NOT a legitimate operation. SAD, just plain SAD.

Very responsive. I called on Thursday and they were able to come out the next Monday. Replaced using a 6 year tank, saying the tank is the same on all units. That did save us money.

Would never recommend this contactor for anything. Went to Magistrate won now in Common Pleas Court terrible experience
Description of Work: Remodel bathroom and powder room after he installed a toilet I purchased at Lowes at that time the tiime of the installation of the toilet seemed polite and professional it was a quick job. So i asked for a price for the remodeling. He did so under the name of All Pro Plumbing which is not his Pa regisrered name this was a disaster. Gave a price send is to,make selection where he told us to go and then raised the price the full price of selection to his contracted price which we later found oiut include two shower stalls and only installed one.

We purchased a water heater from a home improvement store and had the good fortune of having All Pro Plumbing install it. My wife really felt comfortable with them. They were courteous quick and cleaned up after he was finished. When our furnace wasn't working one Sunday we called All Pro Plumbing and he came out that day. The furnace required a part he did not have on his truck. he picked up the part Monday morning and was installed it before lunch. He answered all my questions about this furnace and about our possibly purchasing a new furnace and AC unit in the not too distant future. The part cost around $120. In the end our final bill was a bit more than I expected (I have guess it would be $250-$275). He did come out to our house for the initial visit on a Sunday and had the part not been partially melted from the arcing that must have happened to cause it to fail would have been able to repair it the same day. The furnace has gotten us through 1 3/4 heating seasons since the repair so, all in all, I'd say the price was very fair. I would definitely recommend All Pro Plumbing and will be calling them to get a quote fro replacement of our furnace and AC unit before too long.
Description of Work: installed a water heater and a couple months later fixed our furnace when it had decided to quick working one Sunday.

John (the owner) was quick to respond to my call, and within 2 days showed up at my door. He was polite, friendly, professional, and very very knowledgeable. John replaced the faucet, fixed the leak - which required additional parts (and explained what he was doing while he was doing it). He also insisted on cleaning up, which was a pleasant surprise. John also explained the faucet warranty to me. He then took the time to address my other plumbing issues. Nothing was urgent, and can be done in spring with nicer weather. I will most definitely be using All Pro to do the work. This was such a pleasant experience, and worth every penny. The fees are reasonable, and well within the range of what I've paid in the past with others.
Description of Work: I purchased a new bathroom sink faucet and needed to have it installed. I also had some plumbing leaks under the sink. Additionally, I had a few other questions about potential plumbing issues in my laundry room (I'll be having some work done in the spring). This will be fairly extensive work, and will involve digging, as well as new pipes. I've known this was coming and wanted to get another opinion.
