I after 2 weeks of trying to find a pool service company home advisor referred their number to me. I called left a message..later Greg called me back..was there the next morning..fixed our pool and was done and also hired for future needs. Greg was responsive and helpful. He did a great job installing a new pool liner and ensured area was properly prep'd and added sand where necessary before proceeding to install.

I have an above ground pool that needed to be cleaned (my husband was not able to clear the green color) ,prepare for closing and cover professionally. Greg came one time put some chemicals in and checked the pump. I paid him which I felt the price was fair. He agreed to come the following week and scheduled that Thursday or Friday . He also agreed to close the pool for us. I called that Wednesday to check which day would work for him and then I would be sure to come home from work early (I did both days) Greg never showed up, never called. I sent an email that we really need his professional service to please let me know if he decided not to help us. He never responded. I hope he is ok because I can't believe with the great reviews he has had that he would just drop us without notice. Again, I hope he is ok.

Greg came and opened my pool when he said he would. He found a crack in a pipe, called me to let me know. He came back the next day and fixed it. My experience with him has been terrific and I would recommend East Coast to anyone.
