Well, as expected

He has put my air conditioning unit in among other things in the past. He is friendly. He always makes sure to get back to you. He leaves the place cleaner than when he left.

Once again, my basement flooded. I had two plumbers come to fix the problem. One worked for several hours but could not fix the problem. I called a professional company. After working a lot of hours, he could not fix the problem. I was not charged because they could not fix the problem. I called my regular plumber, who referred me to Freddy, who owns Van J. Masciantonio and Sons, Inc. He told me Freddy was honest and skilled. On Saturday, I called Freddy and said I had a flooded basement and that waste material had backed up into my tub. Within a short period of time, he arrived w/ a helper. I took him to my outside sewer line. He was the only plumber who flooded the pipe w/ water. He went to the basement to observe the area. He told me he would return on Sunday and clear the pipe from the basement. No other plumber suggested this. Freddy returned on Sunday and cleared the pipe from the basement. He will return to replace the broken part of the pipe. Rather than fix the problem by breaking my pavement, he is going to dig in my garden and replace the broken pipe that way. He told me he would have to dig up some of my plants. After the pipe is fixed, he would replace the dirt and put the plants back where they were. I now can wash dishes, take a shower, flush the toilet and resume all activities requiring water. I was so happy I wanted to cry. I highly, highly recommend Freddy. He is charging me a reasonable amount of money, which I will gladly pay. He can be reached at (610) 687-1217.

CALLED IN TO REPAIR A LEAK. THEY DIAGNOSED PROBLEM AS A BAD SHOWER PAN AND REPLACED AT COST OF $1500. WHEN WE DISCOVERED THAT THE LEAK REMAINED, THEY FIGURED OUT IT WAS A LEAKING FIXTURE, REPLACED THE FIXTURE AND TRIED TO CHARGE ME AN EXTRA $100 FOR THAT!
