Good work in moving heavy items in confined spaces. Owner who booked job was only on site at start.

Hercules made my move tolerable! From start to finish, our experience was terrific. You could tell the owner, John, is very hands on, which I like. The guys were fast and friendly - and very patient with me when I was trying to figure out furniture placement. It had to drive them nuts but they never showed it! We received ample supplies (did our own packing) and the guys took away any boxes that we had finished with before they left the job. Less to get rid of on my part! Great attention to detail and they handled our and quot;treasuresand quot; with extreme care. From the estimate to the moving day, Hercules was exceptional. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Arrived later than I expected but were efficient except they had no tools to dismantle the bed. Did not damage anything except the screws holdinng the bed.

John came out and did an estimate and walked me through the process. He did a great job and I felt comfortable. On the day of the move the guys came, were very professional and fast and everything went according to plan. Nothing was broken everything was in place and I was very pleased. The bid they originally provided was accurate. I believe that the job ended up costing a bit less. They deliver excellent service for the price. Since my experience in 2006, I have recommended them to 2 other friends who have both had outstanding experiences: one friend moved an apartment in 2008 and the other moved the contents of her entire 4-story house this spring of 2010. I will continue to highly recommend them.

This company is very reliable. Always showed up on time. The movers (had a variety from the company) were very respectful of my furniture and other moved items. When I requested it, they shrunk wrapped a white leather sectional and took great care in moving a tall giraffe that I had shipped from Africa. They also were very accommodating in moving furniture into different arrangements when requested. All of the movers from this company were very pleasant and went out of their way to assist me with moving things. Would not hesitate to recommend them and also plan to have them finish one more moves for me and another one for my son.
