Michael Sallade is the owner. He came up to hook up my grandparents generator through Honey Spas. We asked for an estimate to rough in our new home we were building. He came back with $5000 for EVERYTHING rough in and final. He barely looked at my house when I go this estimate but we thought for everything great price right? WRONG. After we bought everything and he refused to drill in my outlets I was a little hesitant but we stayed with him. Everyday I had to call to see where his workers were. They showed up only after my phone call around 11-12 noon and left my 3pm. He ended up not showing up for a few days I called and called here he was on vacation and "thought" the house was getting done. He had NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS whatsoever. After my rough in inspection FAILED he argued with me that the township inspector was wrong and he was right so I said we no longer need your services. He then hung up on me and I haven't heard from him for over a month. Just yesterday I received a bill for $4,050. He is a rip off and STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT USING THIS COMPANY!!!!!

This client was extremely difficult, making many changes to the original estimate. She was continuously raising her voice and treating my workers like they were less than human. Yes, she was hung up on because I will not be screamed at. She terminated our services before the 1 item could be fixed. Due to her treatment I refuse to allow any of my employees or myself to have any further contact with her. She calls the business phones 40+ times a day, sends text messages, and e-mails continuously, this behavior was during and before the termination of services. This is harassment. I have contacted the phone company and have had print outs of her call logs. I will not put any of my employees in jeopardy from any sort of verbal abuse. This is not the way we conduct business and want our employees to have a safe work environment. TMS Electric has not received any payment for the work completed and will be considering legal ramifications. We will not be discounting her invoice, due to the fact that it was discounted prior to issuing the invoice as discussed with client and as indicated as a credit on the invoice. We are pursuing legal ramifications due to the unpaid bill, harassment, and if she continues to pursue this post and others via any sort of technology or other public outlet defamation of character. Our lawyers have already been contacted due to the harassment and the defamation, she has 30 days to pay after date of issue of invoice, aft that time our lawyers are prepared to file suit.
