The guys that did the work were amazing. They showed up on time and while as things happen there were a few things that did not go as planned, they came to me with options and didn't leave any of the tasks to be completed later. I think they did an outstanding job with a great attitude. I would recommend them to anyone as a great company to hire.

I contacted Ryan Keeler, owner, and explained the situation. Even though it was late afternoon, he managed to have one of his electricians who was working at another job at least 30 miles away from my home, arrive at my home only a few hours later. Brandon was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. After taking meter readings at the main panel and at the meter, he found there to be only 96 volts on one leg and 156 volts on the other leg. After further investigation, he discovered a broken wire out at the pole where the power company tied them into the main feeders coming from the transformer before they entered the underground conduit into the house. At this point, obviously it was a power company issue. I called the power company; and along with Brandon's input during the call, managed to have my service fully restored within four hours. Many thanks to Ryan and Brandon for helping me out on such short notice and for a job well done! I will be using Keeler Electric for some other things that have come up, and would recommend this Company to anyone.

Arrived at the house early, listened to me and our needs. Quickly diagnosed our problem, explained the solution, Would definitely recommend and will be calling them to set up some more work soon. Keeler was not the least expensive estimate I had, but they were very reasonable and straightforward in their pricing. I received a prompt, clear estimate and appreciated the honesty (not trying to sell me work that didn't need to be done) and the lack of pressure from Ryan. I also received a call before the work day explaining the process to me (i.e., letting me know when they would arrive, how long the electricity would be off, etc.). The workers arrived on time and were quiet, polite, and efficient. Everything went exactly as I was told it would, and the workers were patient and responsive when I had questions. They cleaned up after their work and left minimal damage for me to repair. I've had a lot of bad experiences with contractors that I found on Angie's list, and Keeler is one of the few exceptions. They were well worth the money spent, and I would definitely recommend them and hire them again.

In many ways, buying a home generator is like getting insurance – it’s something that brings peace of mind, but you hope you never have to use it! Fortunately Keeler electric was the perfect company to help us through the process. Ryan the owner worked closely with us, answered all our questions and never tried to sell us more than we needed. In fact we went with a larger unit than he recommended. Through the whole process, Ryan was professional, friendly and informative. He came out promptly to give us an estimate, was timely in returning calls and readily answered our many questions. His installation crew was fantastic and did a great job. Things we learned during the installation: 1) You can expect to be without power for a couple of hours, and should make sure you ask the crew to tell you before they shut it down (it went off earlier in the day than we were expecting). 2) If you’re buying or leasing a propane powered unit, the propane system will be installed by another company. You really should try to be home when they come out to plan the install and talk to them directly. This will help make sure you get the tank(s) and gas lines put where you want them. Circumstances prevented us from talking to them and as a result we had some confusion and there were “issues” during the propane installation but Ryan’s crew worked with us and the propane company to resolve everything. All in all, the experience has been good and knowing that we won’t be in the dark if the power goes out this winter really eases our minds. We can recommend Keeler for this type of job without reservation.

The job went well the guys came over several time over a month period to do parts of the work in the basement while we where waiting for Met-Ed to schedule tree trimmers and power line shut off to do the work on the meter and main panel. Ryan the owner kept me updated by phone and texts of when Larry would be coming out to do each part of the job.

Ryan had two of his coworkers work on the job and they were extremely professional, personable, and completed the project with quality and care to our house in a few hours.

Since the repair, we have not had any circuits blow. They also checked other things that I had questions with. They were friendly and got me in quicker then I expected. I will be using them in the future.

By @ 7:15am Ryan the owner left a message on my phone that he would call my wife and set up a time to look at the problem. By the time I reached my west coast destination the problem was fixed. Ryan came to my house and determined that two outlets had "blown" and he replaced both before noon. I have relied on Keeler Electric for over eight years and have always been satisfied with the work. This "above and beyond" response while I was away just reinforces the reason I keep coming back to them.
