Description of Work: Pella has franchises, this one if its same was near Stroudsberg, PA they make the windows...despite having plenty of lead time they were late then rushed having not finished them and had to send 3 guys out to sand and stain and or paint interior of dozens, additionally being dual pane between the panes glass was/is dirty, additionally having sent 3 different sales types to measure a dozen windows were off 1 ". |The only reason I'd call them again would be to punch them in the mouth. |Pella is a good window but these dogs give them a bad name....I'll never forget them, ever! |Also don't understand what the letters above mean so I gave all an F for failure

+ -1 moreThey do major jobs and smaller jobs. When they say they will come, they always show up. They clean up, show me the parts they are going to use, and they are professional. If you have questions, they will answer them. I have been very happy with them.
Description of Work: He gave us an estimate on a railing on our porch and a railing to go down into the basement.
