He came a little early with a call saying that he was coming. He had booties to cover his shoes and was prepared to work immediately. There was no delay and the process took about 2 hours. He added cleaning the closet at no charge. He left and cleaned up everything leaving my carpets and bathroom floor very clean. He had no problem honoring the discount available on Angie's List website.

It went very well. He was on time and was very professional.

They are a local company. They gave a good presentation. I was very happy with their work.

I received a call that the cleaner was going to be late - they were stuck in traffic. I was kept updated on their arrival which made me happy. Things happen. Upon arrival the rooms were measured and I was given a very good price - so I asked him to add other areas, which were also measured. We agreed on the price and the work began. My furniture that could not be moved out of the room was placed on hard styrofoam forms so they did not mark the carpet or get wet - very nice. Carpets were vacuumed then cleaned and then brushed/raked. The whole job took less than 3 hours. I chose not to have the carpets dried due to the chemicals used. Everything was done very well and very professionally. My carpets look and feel great.

The appointment was easy to schedule. Mr. Lapp called prior to arriving and arrived on time. Mr. Lapp does not provide phone estimates, only on site estimates. I thought that was good, because I have heard stories of others coming to your home and then end up nickel and diming you with this and that add-ons. He previewed the areas to be cleaned and provided me with an estimate. I have had other owner-operated truck mounted carpet cleaning services before. His price was almost DOUBLE the price of any other comparative (truck mounted steam clean) service I had used. From what I had heard, I was expecting that he would be expensive, but not that much. However, I had already prepped my home for cleaning, so I agreed to it. In hindsight, I should have simply had him come for the estimate only. The carpet cleaning service was very good. Mr. Lapp obviously takes great pride in the service he provides. He was very thorough and careful in his work. Upon completion of the carpet cleaning, we inspected all the areas he had cleaned. I agreed the work was performed as explained. At the time of payment I was surprised that Mr. Lapp was unable to accept credit cards. I wish I had asked that question in advance as well. He required a check for payment. He did not offer to send me a bill, nor return to his office to run a credit card. For services this expensive I fully expect a company to be able to handle credit card payments. If not, that should be explained that only cash or check can be accepted. I was very lucky that I could, at this particular time, pay by check. While Mr. Lapp provided great service, I do not believe the end result was any better than another provider I have used in the past. I simply cannot afford his services again.

WOW! The carpet cleaning exceeded our wildest dreams--the carpet looks like it did the day it was installed. And we're talking seriously, seriously urine-stained carpets (no thanks to our lovely but incontinent boxer). We've previously used another local cleaner, and the work was only ever okay--the stains were never truly gone. This was our first experience with Daniel, and we will definitely be calling him back to do the formal dining room and living room. Courteous, professional and did an excellent job!
