We chose Jeff based on the Angie's List reviews and everyone was right on the money. We woke up one Friday morning and discovered that our A/C wasn't working. I called Jeff and he came out to our home within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem, explained (and showed) it to me, and then he did a temporary fix so that we could have A/C until the permanent fix was done. He even told us that he would come out and charge the system again if needed (it wasn't) so that we would continue have A/C until the repair was completed. We called him on Monday to schedule the repair and he came out Tuesday morning to do the work. He was so professional, quiet, and clean that we barely knew he was here! At the end of the job, he asked for some paper towels. I thought he just wanted to wipe his face or something because of the extreme heat and humidity, but he proceeded to use the towels to clean our floor of any footprints he may have made! Fantastic!

This service is exceptional. Were having trouble with A/C unit, serviceman, Jeff came our, diagnosed the problem and fixed it, informing us that it might be a temporary fix, we would just have to wait and see. He was very patient and discussed everything thoroughly with my husband.On July 4, 2011, when the temperature reached in the 90's, the unit died. My husband called and left a message but we never expected an immediate response, as it was the holiday. At 5PM, Jeff returned our call and within an hour, CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE!. He gave us a price for a new unit; which is more efficient than the old one was. The new unit was installed 2 days later and we could not be happier. Have since used them for cleaning duct work in the house and they did a great job.It is good to know there are still people in this world who pride themselves in their work!Jeff is a real professional and has also helped us on the phone with questions and concerns that have popped up along the way. We have our heating/AC guy for life! THANKS!!

The entire service call took just over an hour including getting specs for a replacement system. In a couple of hours the house has cooled down nicely, so fingers crossed that this repair will hold, but it is working fine so far. Jeff was knowledgeable and professional, and said he could stop back anytime if we experience problems before the fall. I look forward to working with him on the unit replacement.

Jeff was VERY clean and professional, respected our home, and was super informative. He showed me what everything was and explained why it was not working. He came exactly when he said he would and worked fast (service call is charged per hour). The price was right, we will definitely be calling Jeff again when it's time to replace the coil.

Went very well from start to finish. Called on Monday and got service scheduled for the next day. Jeffrey came precisely on time. He was very personable and polite. He put on booties every time he entered the house. He did exactly what I needed him to do. The price was reasonable and there was an Angie's List coupon for $20.

Our air conditioner had stop working so, we called for an estimate on a new heating and air conditioning unit, they checked it out and got it working, but it was old. So, we had a choice of using the old one for another year or so, or just going ahead and getting a new unit. We decided to go we the new.

If you are a member here then we share the same dread of hiring a contractor ... let me set your mind at ease with this particular firm. They completely came through in all aspects. Professional manner and knowledge, competitive prices and were right on both in estimated time and completion time. Also very enjoyable to work with ... even called me couple weeks later to see how heater/heat pump was doing. If you need hvac work , these guys should be on your quote list.

He was fantastic. I just wanted an estimate so I could submit it to my insurance company. I had some damage and I wanted somebody to come out and tell me what happened and what the estimate would be. He came over and looked at everything and then he went back and got us the numbers and we were good to go. The estimate was to install a high efficiency gas furnace to control supply and modify the flow including the thermo stat and potential air. This guy showed up compared to the other gentlemen who I called. It was so hard to get them to come here. I looked at Angie's List and I got him. He is a gentleman and he shows up when he says he is going to be there and that is all you can ask for. I wanted to know if he was going to show up and look at things. As soon as I get money for the quote I would have them come back out. He was the only one who showed up when he said he would show up and he said he can be there and he didn't yell at me. He was a really nice guy.

Jeff was extremely professional, accomodating and helpful. The quality of work was outstanding.

He came out on a holiday. He tried a few things but it seemed that the old unit was just broken down, but he was able to replace it in a timely manner with a new unit.

Picked this company from Angie's List based on reviews. Jeff came out on a holiday as promised for Air conditioning that was not working. Friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the problem in a timely manner for a good price. I even solicited some free advice about my refrigerator that wasn't working properly and his advice worked. If you see this, Thanks Jeff, you're my new HVAC Guy!

My unit hasn't worked in 3 yrs. and stopped using it in that time. Initial estimate inquiries were around 300 or 400 for just showing up. Decided to go to Angie, and boy am I glad I did. After glowing reviews I decided to give Jeff a shot. Showed up as expected and i wasn't there (my fault). He called, I explained my situation and he waited very patiently( 20 mins.) until I got there. I must say he was very professional, very knowledgeable, courteous, honest, and patient(lol!). Quickly assessed the problem and did the necessary repairs( approx 3pds of refrig. and drainage repair). The unit in the attic was especially trying for it was at least 130 deg. up there. The man came down dripping with sweat and a smile. That's what you call a man who loves his work( lol!) And he was back and forth! Jeff said he guarantees his work at no extra cost. The result? The house is cooler than it has EVER been. Very, very, satisfied. The cost were especially pleasing in these hard times. Jeff did a follow up call the next day to check on his work. I HIGHLY recommend Jeff to ANYONE!!!

Arrived on time, performed great job and took great care to keep house clean during installation. Price was best of 8 proposals and followed up multiple times to assure quality. Both recommendation for equipment and installation was terrific! Highly recommended.

He was very friendly and told us exactly what they were going to be doing. We thought it would take 2 days and they were in and out in 1 day. They cleaned up after everything and it worked. They hauled away the old unit. We got 2 or 3 estimates and their price was about the same. I didn?t go for the cheaper unit. He was able to give me more for our money. The unit he told us to get was sufficient for the size of our home. The other estimate was for a lower model. The quality was really nice and the area looks better than when he came. He was very professional and we would definitely use them again.

AC was dripping water in basement so gave Jeff a call based on existing reviews. He was quick to answer the phone and came in right on schedule. He found the drainage pipe was clogged and replace it with a new one. He went extra miles to teach how to properly maintain/clean it. All work was done in one hour with place cleaned up. Great experience. Highly recommended. Would use him again if needed.

Showed up ontime Installed the new heat pump and worked in a professional manner and finished the job on time and on budjet. I'm very pleased with the job and will use them again in the future. Since this was the first time I used them I was suprised with the excellent job. I did get their name from Angies List so maybr I shouldn't have been surprised.

As a matter of fact, he is here today. This is my first time, and my experience with him has been wonderful. He is always on time and careful about what he does. I can?t say enough good things about him. I recommended him to a neighbor who also has used him. His price is wonderful too. I did a price comparison and he came in way lower than the rest. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future.

Great. We now have a high efficiency energy star rated heating and cooling system. Its quiet, has the best warranty I am aware of. and the cost of the install was very attractive.
