DAMAGED MY DRIVEWAY! Dan came to my wife on 5/21/18 to ask permission to use my driveway to service my next door neighbor pouring concrete on 5/22/18. My wife reluctantly gave him permission, in good faith, after he assured her he would take care that nothing would happen to the driveway. 5/22/18 after the work was done, I arrive home to see my concrete driveway apron was cracked. An attempt was made to cover it with a skim coat, but the rain washed it away that night. I had called 5/22/18 got a voice mail, and texted Dan at the same number which stated they accept text, but he never called or texted back. On Wed 5/23/18 I spoke to the workers to advise I had been trying to reach him but he didn't reply, and they told me they would let him know. When I returned home, a skim coat was once again applied. The problem with this is that filling the crack with a skim coat will do nothing in the winter when the snow, salt, and freezing water reopens the crack and causes the corner to pitch and heave. Even his workers agreed the whole section should be removed and replaced to prevent this from happening. In spite of my texts to him, Dan has not replied. This is a concrete company, and the repair should not be at my expense since he assured my wife that no harm would come to my driveway. He has not so much as apologized for the damage, nor communicated with us in any way.

I called and left a detailed message with appropriate phone numbers. Only one contractor left a message. Now that contractor has my business. Anyone who is so busy that they cannot leave a message is apparently busy enough, unresponsive and unprofessional.

Would highly recommend Dan Tam Concrete. They were very professional, from Tia who worked with us on the contract, to the group of guys that came to make the sidewalk. They gave us good advice and recommendations on our color choices, started a day earlier than planned, and were always on time throughout the process. Secondary accent color created quite a dust storm during pressure washing the 2nd day, so be prepared for the dust. Part of the process. Since the weather was good, they were able to complete the job in one less day than expected. Colors don't appear as expected until final cleaning/ sealing, so don't get panicky when you see the colors in the beginning. Beautiful looking job.

Spent over 5k to have a stamped concrete patio done. Product looked awful after 6 months, concrete is pitted and the finish is peeling away, & discolored. I have been trying to get the issue addressed for over a year with no resolution, and zero communication. I have friends over to the house quite often and they cannot believe that my patio is less than two years old, due to the awful look of the finish. I would never use this company again, and would never recommend. I will be contacting a real concrete professional to fix the eyesore that I now have in my backyard.

They showed up when they said they would and did their job very professionally and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. It all seemed to go very smooth once the work began. I did, however, have to request that they didn't leave cigarette buts in and around our yard. This constructive criticism was received very gracefully and the issue was rectified. The main gripe I have about Dan-Tam Concrete Contractors is their overall level of communication. When they did the initial consultation and quote (22 April 2014) they were extremely communicative and punctual up until just after we signed the contract (29 April 2014). They were extremely nice and eager for our business which meant they catered to our schedules and were quick to get the contract signed. When we signed the contract back in April we were given a general idea of when the work was going to get started, roughly two weeks from that time about the week of 11 May 2014. However, mostly owing to the fact that we were in the middle of an extremely wet spring the work was delayed until late June. This is extremely understandable as you cannot generally do concrete work when it is extremely wet out and/or raining and there were an unknown amount of customers ahead of us. The main issue with our experience with Dan-Tam is the fact that I had to reach out consistently during that roughly 2 month time frame to get an update of when they thought we would start work. We would have been extremely appreciative of receiving a weekly update e-mail, or at least bi-weekly, just notifying us of the general delays in their other projects, again extremely understandable with the wet Spring, letting us know our situation. I have a feeling that they would not have let us know our status in their work queue until just before they were planning on performing the work had I not reached out to them. Unfortunately when I was the one being proactive and reached to them there was usually a significant delay in their response. Overall a good experience with Dan-Tam and they are good about the payments and not taking any of our money until after they started work. This is very respectful and alludes to their good business practices. When we do decide to spend the money to get our driveway repaved we will certainly reach out to Dan-Tam again and consider their services. If I had the chance I would suggest this company to our friends and family.
Description of Work: They tore up our front work and put stamped concrete there, on our front porch (capped the existing porch) and did a roughly 21' x 21' patio in the back.

Another absolutely awesome job by Dan Tam!! This is my second home where we have used there services. Quality of their work is second to none! Dan and his team are always professional, super responsive and prompt. Tia was absolutely wonderful, stopping by my home to help us pick out colors and an appropriate pattern. They work until the job is complete - and do it fantastically! I would highly recommend Dan Tam -

Everything went great. Dan is an interesting guy to say the least but he is extremely nice and knows his stuff. He had my best interests in mind and even made the comment that I shouldn't extend part of the patio out one way too far because he felt I was running into wasteful spending. We are now on his schedule to have work completed shortly. He came up with a wonderful design based on my extremely vague requirements and instead of making the plans larger (I was originally considering a stamped concrete path from the front walkway to the back patio on a relatively steep stretch of land) he suggested that I just use stepping stones and put them in myself for the path because of the pitch/roll of that section of my yard as well as the need to mow around it.
Description of Work: Personally came out to the house (Dan), listened to the general idea of what I was thinking, and helped to brain storm our future patio, front walk, and front porch. He took into account the grade of my yard and the structural logistics that this would require as well as helping me to visualize and not overshoot (overspend) in the plan.

Dan Tam did a very professional job. It all started with a free estimate provided by the contractor. Once we decided to go with Dan Tam they provided a schedule for the activity and were actually able to start almost a week sooner than they said. Before they showed up they called to make sure we could handle the early start. They designed the pad to be more than a square concrete pad which makes it look more like a patio that a concrete pad . The finished area is 544 square feet. During the excavation phase, they removed several truck loads of dirt, the old concrete which was present, and leveled the area under the deck insuring the slope was away from the house. Once they started the actual work the entire project was completed within a week. That included the removal of dirt and old concrete, framing it out, rerouting a downspout under the pad and away from the house, pouring the concrete and doing the stamping. When they were pouring the concrete and doing the stamping they were very careful to protect the house and siding. The excavation allowed for 4and quot; of stone and 4and quot; of concrete (4000psi) with 10-gauge wire reinforcement. The finished patio was colored and and stamped with the pattern and colors of our choice. Too complete the effort they washed and sealed the finish. During the project they were very available to answer questions we had concerning the work. We are very satisfied with the work and will certainly use them again for future projects.

Our patio and walks are beautiful. We are really pleased with them. Dan tam knows what they are doing and they have all the needed equipment. They do the stamp concrete everyday . They are not a fly by night outfit. They are professionals and very qualified. They are very good at what they do.
Description of Work: From the time I called , Dan came out within 4 days to give the estimate. From the time we signed the contract our job was finished within 2 weeks. They had some rain. The hardest part was picking a color. There were only a couple of things that could of been a little better. It took Tia a couple of days to call me back when I first contacted them. But in Tia'a defense it was the beginning of the season. The only other thing is, we really were not notified for sure when they were coming . My car almost got blocked in and I would not of been able to go to work because the guys show up before 7:00 o clock and the cement truck was parked in front of my garage. So just a little more communication would be nice. Other than that the guys work really hard and get along well together. They are very good at what they do. They all have their own things to do. They even showed up on a weekend to power wash our patio and walks. They are very good at designing and laying out the walks and patio's. Tia was very informative and she tries very hard to keep things lined up. She ishe base for the group.

I needed to remove a large oak tree from my back yard that stood very close to my patio. In the open space where the tree used to be, I was thinking that maybe I could add a new patio area using stamped concrete so that I would have more usable outside entertaining space. My existing patio was part brick and part slate paver and wasn't very practical for placing tables, furniture, etc. I asked DAN-TAM to come out and give me an estimate on the addition of a new patio area but to be honest, I really didn't even know what I wanted ... or what was possible. Scheduling the estimate was prompt and easy. Dan came to my home and listened to my vague ideas and was able to help me see a vision for the project. He developed a plan that involved taking out the old patio and adding the additional space I wanted in a separate yet integrated design. It didn't make sense to add a third material to the existing brick and slate paver patio so we decided to make it a unified stamped concrete design. I can't say enough about how BEAUTIFUL the end result is. The old and new patio spaces are simply awesome! DAN-TAM did an outstanding job -- they were professional, prompt, they kept me updated on their progress, the consulted me when they had design questions, etc. They couldn't have made this process go any smoother! And, they were extremely flexible and helpful when I added additional elements during the project. Sometimes you just don't know what you want until you see the project progressing and they were able to accomodate all of the things I wanted. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND DAN-TAM to anyone. They are true skilled professionals at working in stamped concrete. My expectations were exceeded with this project -- which is so rare these days! Everyone on Dan's team was so good to work with. I'm saving my money now so that I can have to do more work in the future!!!
Description of Work: I had my existing patio demolished and replaced with stamped concrete, and I had an additional patio area (16' by 22') poured adjacent to the existing paito.

Horribly bad...................would not recommend to my worst enemy!!
Description of Work: I contacted DanTam via e-mail in September, 2012 to inquire about getting an estimate to resurface our existing stamped concrete walkway and patio. I gave them the dimensions via e-mail and Tia, the office manager got back to me with the estimate. We agreed to go ahead with the work, and Tia said she would get everything written up and get back to me with a date the work would begin. That was October 1, 2012, and I am still waiting to hear from them about when the work will begin!!!!!! Obvioiusly, we went with another contractor in the mean time, but it was very disappointing to see such poor customer service and inattentivness. I guess they don't need the business..........................stay away from DanTam, far, far away!!!

Dear (deleted member name) - This was for a resealing of a stamped concrete area that was not our work. Just to be clear, and as we discussed in our phone conversation when I set up your estimate, Reseals are done between May and October and based entirely on the weather. Below is the email that I sent to you on 10/24... From: Tia Welsh [mailto:office@dantamconcrete.com] Sent: Wednesday, October 24, 2012 4:31 PM To: 'jodi@dobslaw.net' Subject: RE: DanTam Estimate Hi (deleted member name) - Yes, the areas were correct in the total sq. ft. quoted. We typically take care of things when we are around or near your area to which we have not and the weather has not really cooperated with doing reseals the past two weeks either with all the pop up storms and chances of rain. The beginning of next week is not looking good either but it looks as though we could be good to go after that. I will call you when we can come! Thank you. The last reseal we did for the 2012 season was done on October 4th, the weather did not allow for any further reseals to be completed for the season. We closed for the 2012 season the third week in November. We have just started the 2013 season 4/1 and have only completed two other reseals at this time, due to the weather. Unfortunately, I did lack, in the area of a follow-up call to let you know that it would have to wait until next season. Sometimes, when you're dealing with a hundred phone calls a day as well as scheduling two months worth of work in to one month to close the season a few things can fall through the cracks. I would have gladly spoken to you about this had you called or emailed questioning where we were, but I never heard from you until now. I hope your patio turned out great and that you are enjoying your refresh to the existing work there. We will continue installing beautiful Stamped Concrete patios. Enjoy your summer!

Do not pay Dan-Tam up front. Hold at least 50% of payment until you are satisfied with the completed product. Ask to see current examples of their work for the type of project you want done.
Description of Work: I engaged Dan Tam to pour colored concrete for my new pool including formed cantilever edges. Approx 2 days after the concrete was poured and molds were removed. I noted the discoloration on my concrete- including black spots throughout the concrete. In addition, the edges were not molded properly. Appeared to sag like oatmeal. In additional, saw cuts were very sloppy on the concrete. Dan Tam did not approach me about the problems. They waited for me to approach and confront them. Once I called the owner, i was told that they knew there was a problem and it would be rectified. The owner would be out to meet with me mid-week the next week and to determine a solution. Dan tam never showed up that evening for an appt. I received a text from the owners daughter after the appt that Dan was running late and he would be there an hour late. A hour later I received a text that he couldn't make it. An appt was set-up for the owner to bring out another company, Sun Deck, to correct the concrete Sun deck did correct the problem at no cost to us. The process to correct this took us from mid June through mid/to end of August.

As explained, in multiple conversations, to [member name removed], the concrete we received that day was extremely late and extremely hot. The discoloration was not something that we had any control over. We typically add our own color to the concrete, however, this time and for the first time we used the integral color of the concrete company. We could have refused the concrete, but Dan thought that he could save it, unfortunately we were not able to. We thought that we would be able to then use other techniques to continue in fixing the issues at hand without worrying the customer. When we were not able to do so, we contacted SunDek to come out and rectify what we could not fix. The concrete company paid us for their mistake and we used that money to pay SunDek to rectify the customers job. Unfortunately, not every job can be 100% perfect all the time. We have done amazing work, we have amazing references and after 24 years in business this was the first time some thing like this had every happened. We apologized to [member name removed] for the inconvenience and glad she was happy with the overall outcome.

Perfect, and would definitely use them again!
Description of Work: Built patio onto existing brick patio ensuring a perfect transition: Excellent to work with. Estimate was accurate and they even worked with me to be conservative on what we spent. We had several estimates from other companies but went with Dan Tam due to their consistent work and great reputation. The crew showed up on time and worked diligently to hand pour (quickly using wheelbarrows)our concrete in a tight space. The finish color was the one they suggested and it was perfect as they have not only skills for building the patio but design suggestions that were most helpful. Reaching someone in the office was easy via phone or email. We would definitely use them again!

Dan Tam Concrete completed the work on the date specified on the quote with no delays. However, once the work was completed, our issues began. We had Dan Sisto, owner of the company come to our home to review all concerns, promising to rectify situation. Our concerns were: cracked concrete along the stamp designs, major color variance, and poor sealant application just to name a few. We provided Dan with ample time to remedy situation....he gave us and quot;his wordand quot;....but after 10 months, we filed a civil suit against him and ended up in court. The judge ruled in our favor for the entire amount and we have yet to collect one single dime from Dan Tam. We chose Dan Tam because we thought being in business for 23 years made him more loyal to his customers. This is not the case! We are now stuck with a patio that is just over a year old that is deteriorating and is not repairable. Don't make the same mistake we did by choosing this company!

Member First, you have not received your payment in full, because we have 30 days to appeal the judgement, which was made on 9/20/12. We had filed the appropriate paperwork with ALL intentions of appealing this judgement and have been in consult with our lawyer about what our rights were and how things would proceed if we appealled the judgement made in your civil suit. While learning from our lawyer, who specializes in construction cases, that 95% of civil suits go in favor of the customer Dan and myself made the decision YESTERDAY to not move forward with the appeal just for the pure fact that if we continue to not be heard, we will only continue to pay out more money for something that is not owed. Dan was approached by Jeff at Hartman Concrete at the Harrisburg Home Show last year in regards to you contacting him for an estimate. He was giving Dan a heads up about you guys and specficially told both Dan and myself that "he would not touch our work with a 10' pole" primarly because he knows his work wouldn't be perfect either and you would then be going after him and his work as well. He said that you asked him what it would be to rip it out and replace it so he gave you a high price because he didn't want to do it. We do the exact same thing when we are called in to look at other companies work because we don't want to be in that situation. I spoke with Jeff in length two days prior to our hearing and he told me directly that he would give the job a 7 out of 10, was it perfect no...but anyone that knows anything about stamped concrete knows that there is NO perfect stamped concrete job out there. Secondly, you do not have a crack in your job. You have something entirely different and because the word crack is in the name of what you have it gets misconstrued and made out to be this horrible thing. You have shrinkage cracks. Which are not a structural problem by any means. They come from pushing down the stamp onto the concrete and they are TO BE EXPECTED with stamped concrete which is why our contract specifically states that we do not warranty against cracking. Anyone that knows anything about concrete not to mention any stamped concrete company I know of in this area don't warranty concrete because it can't be done, it's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Yes, one job could have more shrinkage cracks than another, it depends on the concrete received from the concrete company and the weather that day as well. Dry, very hot days are going to lead to more than on a wet day. With regular concrete you have the ability to add water after troweling if you're in that situation however with stamped concrete because the color release is added to the top it can not be done. You do not have major color variations in your job - by any means. I have pictures of your entire job and it doesn't look any different than the color variations in pretty much any other job. Which is another reason why we have that listed on our contract as well - for people who don't understand Stamped Concrete, they think it's a problem and don't understand what it's supposed to look like. I have color variations in my own personal patio that Dan did for me last year as well, which you are welcome to come see. I also have a few small chip outs around my saw cuts, which are also to be expected. The cuts are hand cut. It's impossible to keep the saw completely perfect for perfect saw cuts. Stamped Concrete is hand done work by man-made material, if you're expecting perfection...you should look elsewhere. We still thank you for your business with us and we truly hope that you enjoy your now free (and then some) patio! Lastly, to our customers past, present and future, if anyone has any questions in regards to this job or would like to see pictures of this job, I would be happy to provide you with them if you feel our work is in question. We have gone back and forth with the Burt's repeatedly and Dan met with them twice trying to explain things at their job, which they didn't want to hear. There comes a point when you have to stop responding and say we will deal with this in court. Unfortunately, it didn't rule in our favor, however, we most certainly stand by the decisions we made in regards to the job we did and do not by any means feel that we were unprofessional or unresponsive to our customer. It's situations like this that really make you wonder how small family owned companies are going to survive. If anyone has any further questions - feel free to contact me directly. Thank you. We asked for some samples of their work that we could go and see and possibly talk to the previous customers and those were provided for us. We talked to several past customers and went to see 3 finished patios which was very helpful in deciding the color and pattern for the stamped concrete patio we wanted. We started the process in mid-August but the job was not started until the end of September, there were several jobs ahead of us and some rain delays. There was a mix up in communications, much of which was done via email. After not hearing anything for a few weeks I emailed Tia and replied that she thought the job would be started on Thursday. Thursday came and no one showed up. We were told she left a phone message but we did not receive this message. That following Monday Dan and his crew showed up before 7:00 a.m. without notice. They started the excavation on that Monday, leveled the area, built the forms and wheeled the stone to the back of the house so in a few hours it was ready for concrete. The concrete came on Tuesday and was again poured, leveled, finished, and the stamped pattern imprinted within a few hours. The next steps a few days later included slicing the expansion joints on Thursday. The area was pressure washed. On Friday they returned and sealed the cement. All in all the job was professional and the patio looks pretty good. Some things you should know if considering a stamped concrete patio; the yard takes a beating from the bobcat, dump truck, and repeated wheelbarrow loads of stone and concrete being wheeled over it. Next, if there are cuts made in the concrete, there will be chips along the cut line from the process. There was one cracked corner after the forms were removed but Dan repaired that and assured us it would not be a problem. We would recommend Dan-Tam Stamped Concrete if you are considering a stamped concrete patio; they work hard and obviously know what they are doing. They are a small family business and there are some advantages to that. Their crew appeared to be efficient and worked well together.
Description of Work: Started with a phone call upon recommendation from the contractor for our sunroom. Tia was able to give us the exact price over the phone based on the dimensions. In fact, she suggested we make the patio we were interested in a larger size which would actually be larger than we envisioned and informed us that 3 yards of concrete would be the same price as 2 yards. Tia came to our house and reviewed the process and confirmed the information. That part of the process was easy and went well.

Member - We are so glad you are happy with all that was done! I know the yard takes a little bit of a beating, unfortunately that has to be part of the process and the wet/dry factor of the different season certainly plays a big roll in that!! Yours was actually one of the better ones I've seen! Thank you, again, for your business! We hope you and your wife can enjoy the fall with your new sunroom and patio! Take Care Tia :)

The project was a challenge. First, the concrete design which I had chosen would not have gone with the lines of the patio area. The construction crew suggested another pattern, which I'm so glad we chose! They came one day and poured the patio. Due to no fault of their own, the cement company didn't bring a second truck when expected, which did cause a slight problem, but it turned out okay. Dan was very accomodating with a gas tank situation, filling in dirt and stone. He worked around our scheduling problems ( due to zoning issues). His men designed two sidewalks for us and a platform next to a pool heater. They aren't just normal rectangled sidewalks, but rather nicely designed curved sidewalks. Our whole back yard is gorgeous!
Description of Work: After having put in a pool, we realized that we didn't want white concrete, but rather stamped concrete. After calling around and checking Angie's List, we decided to go with DANTAM. They were extremely helpful and accomodating. I called them and Tia, the office manager, answered my questions and gave me suggestions. She allowed me to visit her home to see first hand what DANTAM had done. Dan, the owner, immediately came out and measured the area. Because it was around a pool, he squeezed us into his busy schedule. Then, we needed poured concrete for two sidewalks and a pool house. Due to construction and zoning issues, everything had to be rearranged. Again, the men worked around our needs. We now have a beautiful poored concrete area around our pool, a nice poolhouse and entrance, and two nicely designed sidewalks.

I inquired about this in the last week of May 2012. Dan came almost immediately to get the measurements and show us the product. He was personable, knowledgeable and we felt we were dealing with a professional. Within about a week we received an email (my preference) with the quote which offered me three levels of prices depending on the choice of stone. (Very nice to have choices.) The office manager Tia then scheduled a time to meet with me to sign the contract and get the 50% deposit. This happened on June 11th. She was quite nice and this meeting was completed without problem. But, there will be no real timeline or date for the service just that it takes about three weeks for the stone to come in once ordered and then you are put on schedule. From that point on here were the only things I heard from June 11 to Aug 6. Here are excerpts from the email communications... June 26 - Hi Tia, Hope you are enjoying the summer, I really am! I wondered if you could update me on the project please. Have a great day! Danielle June 26 - Hi Danielle - We have about three projects ahead of yours. We've had to take advantage of the nice weather to pour some concrete. I have placed the order for your stone and it should be here shortly...it takes about 10 days to process and ship. I will cetailnly let you know when we can get there! Thanks. Tia Aug 3 - Hi Tia, Wondering where we are on this project, haven't heard from you in such a long time. Danielle Aug 6 - Danielle - We have not forgotten about you, we've just been trying to complete the three jobs in front of yours, which has been difficult due to the chance of rain!! One thing I need to ask you - is your sunroom completely closed in? Is it affected by weather duing all the storms we've been having? If not, as long as we would have access which wouldn't affect the product if it's raining we could come then. We received the stone about three weeks ago and have just been trying to get everyone in. It should not be that much longer! Thanks. Tia I was at work that day and almost within minutes of getting this email they called and said since it was such a small job and it would only take two guys they could do it that day. Not taking any chances I left work immediately and got all the furniture off the pation and had it ready when his crew arrived around 2 p.m. that day. I understand that this type of work is weather dependent but there needs to be more communication without weeks and weeks passing. At one point I thought about contacting another company because I thought they just dumped my job becuase it seemed the concrete jobs were so much more important. I gave this company an Excellent rating because of the superior craftsmanship, beautiful product and the wow factor for the Nature Stone - it is amazing. Perhaps some training would address the other issues to make the total experience exceptional in all ways. Just schedule routine check ins with your clients, even every other week to let them know you haven't forgotten and you continue to looki forward to serving their needs. No job is too small to bring you good will! I will recommend them because when the job is done it is done right but I will provide this caution along with the recommendation. Also please get a new telephone system that has real voice mail and clear it at least one a week so it isn't full when you call.
Description of Work: I had them apply Nature Stone on my patio. It is a natural rounded river stone that is applied with a trowel and then covered with an epoxy that is durable, beautiful and wonderful to walk on. Everyone who has seen it wants it applied to various areas ie garages, patios, walkways, even a rec room floor!

Sent an email to Dan describing exactly what I wanted done, in detail. Dan arrived WITHOUT any knowledge of what I wanted. I walked him through what I wanted, a garage floor 24x24 poured and finished with a smooth finish. He took measurements and gave me an estimate that I felt was inflated. The price given ($6,135.00, $1,500.00 for concrete and $4,635.00 for labor) he said included excavating, stamping, forming, finishing and sealing. The floor was ready for the pour, with a vapor barrier and insulation under 2b stone, packed, with support footers around perimeter and down the middle. I explained the price was a little high considering I didn't need any excavating, forming, stamping or sealing, I just wanted the floor poured with a smooth finish. After telling him that, he went on to explain that he wasn't paying his helpers $8.00 an hour but $20.00 an hour, and that he had vehicles and insurance to pay for, like that is my problem. Even if he had 5 people there for 5 hours, that's only $500.00. I asked him if he was able to give me a smooth finish, and he was unsure. I asked him if he even had a power trowel for the job and he said no, that he normally did stamped concrete which doesn't need a good finish. As I had explained to him what I wanted prior to our meeting, I feel this was a total waste of my time, and he made it quite clear he wasn't interested. I was very disappointed in our meeting! He probably does a wonderful job on stamped concrete but he was of no help to me.
Description of Work: Services wanted was a 24x24 garage floor poured with a smooth finish. No additional setup needed as the floor was ready for the pour.

We apologize for wasting your time during your estimate. Unfortunately, there must have been a miscommuncation somewhere. As Dan said when he was there, we are a Stamped Concrete Company (hence our name DanTam Stamped Concrete) and we rarely ever do regular concrete work, unless it's in addition to stamp work we're doing on-site. This is also the primary reason we do not have a power trowel as they are not needed for our expertise. We charge between $7-$8 per square foot for regular concrete, which at a 24x24 you were looking at $4608 for the concrete and the rest is labor and travel. Now, with that being said, that price is, as I said earlier, based on someone also getting Stamp Work with us too. I'm sure you are enjoying your new flat work so if you ever need any Stamped Concrete - feel free to give us a call! Take Care.

They did a very good job it's just that at the end I asked a little extra since there was another place where I wanted a sidewalk and they had their stuff already packed on the truck since they were ready to go on another job so they didn't really want to stay and mess around with a little extra but I mean all in all they did a good job so I can't really complain.

Overall the job was wonderful. They were excellent, knowledgeable and thorough. They came back out and took care of it. They were friendly while they were here. They cleaned up after themselves. There were a lot of good reviews for them already on Angie's List so that was the reason we chose them. They certainly kept up their reputation. There was lot of rain when they came out. We had all that rains from the hurricane so there was a delay back and forth but it was not their fault.

I checked with other styles of patios and this place gave the best options. It is maintenance free, textured, and just beautiful. It did make a mess and I wish they told us about covering things up first, but other than that, the job was outstanding.
