i called JG landscape and Design on July 11, 2019. He still has not returned my phone call. I left a quote request on Angie’s list indicating what I would like done at my house. Still no reply from him. Not a good way to run a business.

It when well, John and his crew, came in and preformed the work in a timely and professional manner, They know what they are doing, have plenty of man power, and equipment to do the job. They are very experienced, Friendly and very good communicators. Looking forward to using JG Landscaping and Design, for additional projects.

Had a great experience with JG Landscape & Design. Very professional company. Provided a proposal, beat out their competition, showed up on time, friendly employees, quality job performed. I would highly recommend JG Landscape and would hire them again.

We tore out everything around the house and had all new put in and sort of left it up to him to decide what to put in. It looks nice. The neighbor commented on our brick walkway and she wanted his card because she liked the walkway. They took a little while because of weather. It was rainy, so they got behind on the project before us.?They're very professional.

It's $65 for mowing our lawn.

John was immediately responsive to my email and kept in touch over the few weeks it took for our schedules to mesh. Once the three-man crew (led by his brother, Jeff) got here, they worked for three hours solid - no breaks - and were very pleasant and courteous. The actual work came in at the top end of the estimate but, they did a lot of extras for the price. I've gotten too old and lazy to take care of such a large yard and will definitely ask them back for help with mulch, mowing and leaf clean up next year.

He never acknowledge or returned my phone call. This is not how a business should treat their customer.

I would use JG Landscape and Design again. They were punctual, professional, and easy to work with.

Everything went very well. John Guest came and walked the site with me and provided a quote. It took a few weeks for his team to get to our property because inclement weather had put him behind schedule. But once they were able to get to us, a team of 4 spent a few days on site completing the work. They were professional, courteous, responsive, and hard working. I was very happy with the results. I will definitely ask John and his crew to do more in the future.

I am still in complete shock. I called John on Monday 12/2 when our previous service failed to show up or return calls/messages. John was at our house in about an hour, gave us a bid, and then had his crew out here today. The entire yard was done in one day, and there is not one leaf left. John and his crew set the gold standard in customer service and professionalism, and we will be using this company for ALL of our yard/landscaping needs from here on in. I can't say enough about how wonderful this company is!!!!

From the beginning, we knew that John understood us and had a sincere desire to help meet our needs. Even though they were extremely busy during the summer months, John responded back and forth with us during the planning phase. Text messaging was the easiest way to communicate and John would get back to us quicker. Once they were able to start, the project went very close to time and cost estimated. The young men working were courteous and hard working. They respected our input (after all, it is our home) and listened to our questions with genuine concern and figured out a way to make things happen. They came up with new ideas and suggestions along the way that increased the beauty and added even more value. Overall, the JG Landscaping crew was hard working, respectful of us and our home and insisted on quality work throughout the entire project. Exceptional job!

We would highly recommend JG Landscaping. John is very professional. When he came to look at the job he gave us a range of options. Within a week JG Landscaping came to do the job. His crew of 4 workers spent two days completing the job. They worked hard and completed the job as outlined. We are very satisfied with the end result. We are considering having more extensive landscaping done next year.

I have 2 1/2 acres and my tractor went out and JG did the work while my tractor was being repaired. They did a good job. It was a good deal they were on time and quick. This occurred over 4 weeks.

He did it very reasonably and was very quick. He had a crew that came in, and they had the property cut in 40 minutes. It was the fastest I've ever seen it done. It was spring, so we had massive growth, but he came by and did a great job.

Overall- it was a great experience. I appreciated his promptness and professionalism. His price was comparable to the other contractor that I ended up going with.

I contacted JG Landscaping about doing a retaining wall for our driveway. John Guest came out to our house and spent some time talking to my husband and I about our options. John told us he was very interested in our project and would work with us on the price. We received a quote several weeks later and it was a bit higher than the other quote we were also considering. I e-mailed John and asked him if he was still willing to work with us on the price. He wrote back wanting to know the specifics about the other quote (product, price, etc.). I sent him the information and we never heard back from him. A little disappointed that he never responded, we were actually very interested in having him complete the work. I don?t find it very professional to tell someone you are willing to work with them and then never respond.
