This contractor was very easy to work with. The returned calls promptly, they matched prices, the crew that came out was polite, upfront and quick. They arrived on time, worked quickly and cleaned after themselves, they left my basement cleaner than they found it. I received the certificate promptly after they left. Great Job.

My only issue (after service) is that nothing was discussed about paying 50% or supplying a credit card. The company was aware that this project was an emergency and would be paid by insurance. When I was looking, this company was the only company that responded within the hour! The first company I called (2 different days) responded 3 business days later. I would certainly recommend US Asbestos and use them again! Five stars *****

I needed asbestos wrapping to be remove from a long steam pipe in my basement in central PA. Randy called within an hour for info about my project, sent a solid estimate that night, and got me on the schedule for that same week. Paul came out and did an amazing job. The proess could not have been smoother. I highly recommend.

US Asbestos responded to my request for a quote very quickly and was able to schedule the job within a week. The crew was professional, showing up on time and completing the project in an efficient fashion. They were polite and provided a complete explanation of what was done.

I could not be happier with the experience I had with US Asbestos. We bought a big old house which had a ton of asbestos lined pipes in the basement. Everything from the estimate to the removal was done at the highest levels of professionalism and friendliness. Paul W worked at our house for two days and was incredible. I cannot not recommend this company enough.

Buyer beware, you get what you pay for. The owner called me as a result of my Home Advisor search, He seemed knowledgeable, and their quote was significantly lower than other companies. The testing contractor rescheduled and then was late with no call. I was told the results would be available in 2-3 days, I started calling after I did not hear for 10 days. Again because of their low bid, I agreed to have them remove the floors. Again, the contractor was several hours late. He was supposed to have a helper to move the appliances, He came alone. He did not clean up the material used to cover our kitchen, Hire them if you want cheap, but be aware there is no customer service, you will have to call them all the time, and the contractors have no respect for the customer's time.

Called right away. Gave an estimate. They came the next day and removed damaged asbestos from piping. Workers were very professional and left the area clean.

I hired them to remove asbestos shingles. Several no-shows for appointments. When the crew came, they were not prepared for the job. Even had to use my ladder. When the job was **finished** extensive damage was done to my composite deck due to inadequate protection and dropping the shingles on it, and I am still waiting for resolution of that. Many shingles still remained after the job was done, and 2 months later, I am still picking nails and parts of shingles out of my lawn.

While I only had a very small amount of asbestos to remove it was quick and easy and in line with other estimates. All done within a day or two of calling.

I reached out to this company on a Saturday. Within a hour got a call back and was scheduled a quote on Monday. Randi called me Monday morning and discussed the project and went over everything. The price was VERY good for the service they offered. They scheduled me for that Thursday and a gentleman named Brandon came out to do the job. He did a wonderful job in a timely manner. Made sure 100% of the tile was removed. And cleaned up great. Very happy with this company. It took them only 5 days from initial call to come out and remove the tile. I was amazed how fast they got it done.

Everyone was incredibly friendly to work with. Randi from the initial call, to Sharon who knew her stuff, and to the gentleman and lady who came to do the work. After getting multiple quotes, there was no doubt that US Asbestos was the biggest bang for our buck as well.

Randy is passing this business on to his son Vince and they were both responsive, competent, and got the job done quickly.
